Description from the owner
This bright, sunny ranch is on one of the few sandy roads,left on the Cape, 200 Yards from the ocean. Located near Hyannis, Sea Gull Beach, Ferries, Restaurants, Shopping and Miniature Golf. The house has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds. The large living area (14 x 22) has a convertible (double) sofa. Private yard with over-sized patio (18x25) and outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area overlooking patio. Pet friendly. The Bay has warm water for swimming and is between Great Island and Hyannisport.

Nice neighborhood, a very short walk to a lovely bay beach. The accomodations were fine, clean and sufficient. Nice back yard and had all equipment in the kitchen that was needed. Came well supplied with soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

The place was small but fine for travelling with two teenagers who shared a bedroom with two twin beds. It was quiet and a good stopping ground for doing activities
