Because of circumstances (husband being laid off) we had to cancel our Cape Cod vacation. We emailed Brett and told him of our problem and he responded immediately and told us that there was no problem. Within a few days we received a refund check in the mail. Very courteous and very timely. If we can manage the money next summer for a vacation we will definitly rent from Brett.

We stayed (family of four from Germany) at Berry avenue in Mid-October 2012. Great location (quiet road) and it is a comfortable clean modern house with all amenities, including a well equipped kitchen. Made a perfect base for touring Cape Cod.

The house is beautiful -- a mix of an updated home with the Cape Cod feel. Very clean. Walking distance to a small beach. Nice for morning walks/bike rides. Drove to Seagull Beach for my daily walks and R&R.; Rode bike twice a day to Seagull Beach.
The location is close to many different things -- towns, restaurants, grocery store, and other places when you need some food or other items.

When we arrived the house was spotless, and the owner was very accommodating of last minute changes to our travel plans. The kitchen is well equipped, and the outdoor shower is a real bonus (especially if you have a group of six or more, because there is only one full bathroom inside the house). The beach within walking distance is small but nice, and the larger beaches are a very short car ride away. Compared to the other houses we considered for our vacation, this was the cheapest but also the highest quality. We were extremely happy with this rental, and we would highly recommend it.

Le propriétaire Brett est très aimable et a répondu a nos questions rapidement.
La maison est très confortable, décorée avec gout et bien équipée. L'emplacement est idéal, près des magasins et des plages. Ce que nous avons aimé le plus c'est la tranquillité, la sécurité du quartier et l'accès aux services.
Nous souhaitons revenir ici lors de notre prochain séjour à Cape Cod.

Brett (the owner) was very friendly, and he answered all questions promptly, even help us to found a piano for our daughter to play.
The Fully stocked and beautiful kitchen had added so many great moment to our vacation. Nothing can be better to site at the round table, read one of your favorate books, or chat and share what happened during the day, or planning for the next fun family activity.
The location is great, close to everything, trader joe's, shaws,, local restrauants, mini golfs, and walking distance to nearby beach is a plus. Nice neighborhood, If you like running, you will not disappointed.
We had a great stay, like we were living there. Oh, don't forget to try out CapeCod beer, local brewer, I like red personally. I were end up bought a case of 6 big jars back to NJ.

Western MAWonderful! A home away from home.

We found this cottage to be all that was advertised, plus more. Most of all, the whole family felt very comfortable here, allowing us to kick back and totally enjoy our vacation. The bay beach at the end of the street was great for the kids, and the ocean beach off Sea Gull Rd was only a couple of minutes by car. The location is terrific with plenty to do in all directions. We all had a great time here and will definitely be coming back. Thanks Brett.

The house is, if anything, undersold in the description. It is large, pristine and beautifully furnished. We had grandma, our 2 year old son and of course, mom and dad, every night and also had guests in and out during the week. There was always plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The enclosed porch is particularly nice late at night and catches great ocean breezes. The gardens in front and back are gorgeous.
The kitchen was recently renovated and has the very best equipment and the grill is top notch. We cooked some fantastic meals over the course of the week and, of course, you can get the best fresh seafood around in Yarmouth.
We had two good beach options. There's a small bay (great for young kids) at the end of the block and the larger Seagull Beach is less than 10 minutes away (and also kid friendly, but there's more space and waves).
Yarmouth has plenty of shopping and restaurant options. For fine fining, we found Fin in Dennis, which is pretty fantastic and not far. There's also the Brewster Fish House. Both are well worth a short drive.
Brett, the property owner, obviously uses a top notch cleaning service. This is a lot more like renting an extremely well kept home than a beach house. It was hard to leave!Response from Brett Holmes - 07/26/2012

I was more than satisfied with my experience at this rental. A cute house featuring beautiful renovations. Considering the rental price, this was a steal. The location was great - only two minutes from a smaller private beach and five minutes from the larger public beach.
The owner was accommodating and easy to work with, and the house was in perfect condition when we arrived. Me and my guests were also pleased with the high-speed wireless internet and cable television.
We would definitely return for another visit. My friends who did not come are already interested, after seeing the pictures and hearing about our stay.
The size of the house is perfect for a few friends or a small family. I highly recommend this rental if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation at an affordable price.

Extremely well equipped with all crockery, appliances, utensils etc as new.
The location was central for visiting all areas of Cape Cod.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The newly updated home was tastefully decorated and was equipped with gleaming new appliances, cookware, and gadgets. Our three small children had plenty of room to play, both inside and out in the backyard. The neighborhood is perfect for walking/jogging/biking and we enjoyed taking evening walks to the nearby beach. Restaurants and shops are just a short drive away. There are several lovely beaches close by, including Seagull Beach, which is just a few minutes away. We're looking forward to staying at this property again!
