This home is conveniently located to two very different beaches. If you enjoy a larger beach and like some movement in the water, Seagull Beach is a short drive or bike ride away. If you prefer a quieter beach, people wise and water, you can walk a mile down the road to a small neighborhood beach. It has a little playground area as well for young children. For those families who want to partake in more than just the beach, this home is a short drive to miniature golf, batting cages, area shopping, Hyannis marina, and the movie theatre. There is much to do and a beautiful, central air-conditioned, home with a quiet neighborhood to return to.

SuttonPerfect vacation stay with the kids

We have rented this property the past 2 summers.I would absolutely recommend it. It is extremely clean and well decorated. It has 4 bedrooms and central air (a rare combination on the Cape).It has a nice attached deck,with a large picnic table. We enjoyed many evening cookouts with the kids. It has an outdoor shower, which we all enjoyed after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, minutes from the beach and close to all the kid friendly activities on the mid cape.The neighborhood is quiet and a perfect area for kids to ride bikes.It is really a perfect location for a family vacation. We look forward to going back this summer.
