Approximately 800 yards to the beach, this year round home was built in 1996. It is bright and clean with a screened gazebo with lights and grill on the back deck and a front porch. A basketball hoop in the paved driveway and swing gym in the private back yard make it kid friendly. The master bedroom on the first level has a queen bed and a small privacy deck. A modern kitchen/dining area opens up via sliding doors to a back deck with lights for evening relaxation. Upstairs are two small bedrooms. One has a trundle bed and twin.
