1830 schoolhouse restored to charming period authenticity. Six rooms with private baths, all enjoying air conditioned comfort. Full delightful breakfast on weekends, with continental-plus weekdays. Fireplaced sitting rooms, garden courtyard, free wi-fi and cable TV. Reasonably priced, easy access off I-91.
Amy suite boasts full kitchen available for week-long stay or more. Credit cards and checks accepted.
Prices start at $89 per night. AAA accredited.

Ample free parking on our property. Amtrak serves nearby Bellows Falls, and there is local bus service. Our route 5 address runs parallel to the Connecticut River, and the Bellows Falls, site of the first salmon fish ladder. Fishing and kayaking nearby, country stores, good restaurants nearby, and the quaint Victorian village of Bellows Falls; we are on the town line. Plan on a restful stay, break away soon!

Conveniently located just off the interstate. The B&B; is so charming. What a relaxing atmosphere! Pristinely clean. Super comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast breads with aromatic coffee. What a way to wake up! I highly recommend this B&B;!

My family and I stayed here during a recent visit to VT and we couldn't have been happier. It's obvious that an artist owns this B&B; because everything is so beautifully put together. And my kids went crazy for the delicious breakfast. It was such a pleasant experience - we'll definitely be back next year!
