Decorated with care by the owners, you will feel instantly at home in this premium beach vacation home. Just steps to the beach, clubhouse, and walking trails; this home combines the best of coastal living in a comfortable setting. The open floorplan of the living room provides a wonder spot for the family to gather for meals, reading, or watching movies on the flat screen television. In the kitchen you’ll find it well stocked for your cooking needs and able to accommodate many helpers! The kitchen is only seperated from the living room and dining room area by granite countertops so you'll always be part of the conversation and action w...ith your family. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom while the guest bedroom has two twin beds perfect for kids and young adults. An Xbox 360 Game Console is located in the guest bedroom so be sure to bring your favorite titles to play in the evening. Many families choose this 1st floor vacation home year after year because getting the kids and all the associated gear in and out is such a breeze. This vacation home is also conviently close to the clubhouse where the hottub and pool are located. The large jetted tub in the master bathroom is great for a long soak after a brisk walk on the beach or brave dip in the ocean.

In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Sports equipment is available for checkout at our Front Desk. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

  The unit was very well decorated and stocked. Lovely and tasteful. It certainly feels like the owners spend time there - very homey and comfortable (though the sheets could be better.) The location is right across the clubhouse, very convenient for swimming
  and weights if you do not insist on a beach view (but right off the trail to get to the beach). Plenty to do without leaving the development and the beach is very relaxing, fun for kite flying, sand castles and beachcoming. Twin beds are great for two small
  kids. The price was outstanding for what you receive. Westport is a small, quaint community and the development is outside the downtown core, but it is convenient to the market and an easy drive to the harbor and waterfront. We would definitely stay here if
  in the Westport area. The kids loved it and did not want to leave. Best.Hotel.Ever from the older one when she saw the unit. We liked it so much we were/are seriously considering a place of our own if we can justify the purchase.

This condo is fast becoming a favorite for families for many of the reasons you mentioned such as the close proximity to the clubhouse, the ease of ground floor access, and the twin beds great for siblings who prefer not to sleep together. Don't forget the X-Box as well for the older kids so don't forget to bring the games down next time you visit. Westport is a great place to visit and we hope you'll be able to come again soon.

  We loved our stay till we got an e-mail saying that we took a video game from the unit. The irony is we don't even own an x-box to play the missing game in. My recommendation do an inventory with the guest prior to entering the unit. If we can afford to
  pay $600 for a two day stay we could probably buy our own video game if we wanted to.

  We're glad you enjoyed your stay in the condo and regret you felt put off by our inquiry about the missing video game. We contacted the last two guests in the unit from when we were certain the video game was present and asked if their kids might have taken it by mistake. This unit is popular because of the extra amenities the owners have included such as the X-Box game system. Many guests choose to bring their own games to play on the console since they know it is present. We did offer you and the other guest a discount towards a future stay when we learned the owners had removed the game because they felt it might not be appropriate for our younger guests. We certainly hope you can take us up on our offer and visit again soon.

  We loved this unit. We've stayed in a few different units and this was by far the best. The only drawback is the view of the parking lot, but since the trails are just outside the door it's worth the tradeoff.
