Ground floor ease and comfort with exceptional ocean view! This vacation home is "beachy and bright" and one of our most popular rentals. Well stocked and equipped.. the beach is sooo close and the other ameneties are also easy to access from this centrally located beach condo. Can be rented as a 2 bdrm also.
Nightly rate based on double occupancy
Additional guests over the age of 16 are $10 per person per night.
$25 Cleaning Fee
2 Night Minimum Week Ends Peak Season
3 Night Minimum for Holidays unless otherwise approved.

My wife and I spent three nights in the 2 bedroom/2 bath version of 512. We took our daughter and granddaughter with us.
The layout was perfect. From the kitchen you can see into the dining/living area and out the beach side of the property. Beautiful!
Our daughter was thrilled that the home was so well-stocked with various kinds of baby-toddler toys and books. Clearly, so was our granddaughter! It was well-maintained, and fairly new. Walk to the beach. Great rec center and play ground.
It has everything you could want. This unit was on the ground floor of a 3 story building, and, because the walls were a bit thin, it was a little noisy. But most people quieted down in the evening, so it never became an issue.

This was the second time our family stayed in this unit. We love how comfortable the unit is, how well it is equipped, and the location. During our stay the washing machine broke. Liz went above and beyond for us and had our clothes washed and dryed for us. We are absolutely coming back.
