We spent the Thanksgiving weekend here with 6 adults and 3 children under 5. The house is great - the perfect layout for our bunch. It has everything you could want in a beach house; only steps through the dunes to the beach, a great unobstructed view of the ocean, close to town and parks and they are well equiped for beach activities. The house is nicely appointed with quality furnishings, gas firelpace, and flat screen cable TV. There are lots of little extras that you might not find elsewhere. The home owners are very accomodating and are available by phone if you have any questions. This is a great house for your next beach getaway.

We rented this house for nine people in total. 1 was from out of town, who has never stayed at a beach before ( we couldnt get him to come back inside because he loved the beach so much) .this is the best vaca home ever. Its clean, nice, so close to the beach and has everything you need. the only thing i would say something bad about it the blankets are scratcy but its not that bad. Go here! have fun and enjoy the beautful ocean in this awesome house!

This house was amazing! It had a lovely master bedroom with a soaking tub and seperate shower. The other bedroom is nice, too. Downstairs there are 3 double beds and 4 bunks. The home is well decorated, nicely appointed and more than you can hope for. Stunning beach views with a very quiet location.

The owners description was so accurate! Such a variety of ways to sleep so many!! Great beds, the kitchen and eating area worked well to feed a group. Most of all we loved the view. If it is warm, you can sit on the deck and look out at the ocean. On a stormy day, it is cozy to sit the table or lounge in the living area while looking out at the beautiful view.
Just a short walk to the ocean beach.
Sometime, I would love to come back with the family or with a goup of friends again. -

My girlfriends and I had a fabulous weekend-away! The views from the deck were tremendous. I went jogging on the beach and spent time looking for neat rocks. The inside was just as great. Plenty of space, yet cozy, with comfy beds and couches. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would love to come back with my family some time!

We have visited this lovely place a few times. Even when the weather was not so good, we enjoyed sitting in the livingroom, by the fireplace, while watching the waves breaking in the ocean. Big picture windows made it bright and cheery. Easy access walk to the beach. We will visit again! All around great experience!!!

A long-time group of friends, we enjoyed an amazing weekend together without hubbies, kids, or agendas! The weather was gorgeous and we enjoyed walks on the beach/beach-combing, shopping and sight-seeing in Westport, relaxing on the deck and in the living room, watching the sun set, and sharing time away together. It was quiet and peaceful and just what we wanted for our rejuvenating weekend. There were a multitude of sleeping options and the beds were comfortable. There are two private bedrooms and an open bunkroom in the basement that adds to the space. The soaking tub was relaxing and the fireplace was cozy on the cool nights. There were plenty of soft, clean towels...more than enough for our group for the entire weekend. We found many movies, games, and books to enjoy in the closets as well as beach toys/gear tucked away in the garage. I would definitely recommend Seaview as a great place to stay and would love to go back with my whole family for vacation or with just my hubby for a romantic ocean getaway. Thank you to the Olson's for helping make our mom's weekend away such a special and enjoyable time!

We were more than amazed with the views and the condition of the home. So very comfortable and just what you would want for a very peaceful but fun get away. The beach is just a short walk from the front door.You really couldn't ask for more with this rental. Would reccomend it highly!

The house was in great shape and very clean. I am kind of a neat freak and was worried at first because of other places I had stayed at in Westport. As soon as I walked in I was put at ease. The view is amazing as you can see the waves crashing onto the beach and all the ships passing by. The location of the beach house is perfect as well. you are minutes away from town. My wife and I even walked to town. The beach access is about a one minute walk on a private path from the driveway. We enjoyed our time and will be back again.
