Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, this property offers spacious, open plan living with outstanding views over Saunton Sands from the bedrooms, kitchen and stylish sitting room. The apartment is within easy reach of many excellent, Blue Flag awarded beaches and numerous watersports facilities. Walkers are also well catered for throughout this beautiful region, with plenty of trails and footpaths running close by.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, jigsaws and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Property accessed by stairs or lift from front ground floor entrance.

Bideford itself boasts the renowned Atlantic Shopping Centre, a charming quayside and an impressive medieval bridge. The secluded fishing village of Clovelly also within easy driving distance and offers a maze of cobbled streets, littered with numerous art shops, tea-rooms and craft centres.
