Sleeping up to six people in three bedrooms, this detached holiday home is just over a mile from the sea front, on the edge of Weymouth. Sunny Gardens is a cosy holiday home on the edge of Weymouth, just over a mile from the beach. There is a ground floor double bedroom, a ground floor room with a sofabed, and a twin room tucked into the eaves. There is also a shower room on the ground floor, and a first floor basin and WC. There is a fitted galley kitchen, a dining room leading to the conservatory, and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a spacious garden. With the attractions of Weymouth and beyond on the doorstep..., Sunny Gardens makes a welcoming year-round family base.

Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 3 miles. Note: There is a covered pond in the garden.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
