STUNNING WHANGAROA HARBOUR VIEWS. Luxury Self contained Boutique Holiday Accommodation in Whangaroa Harbour, Northland NZ. More than just a place to stay the night........a private and peaceful retreat in which to unwind and relax away from it all.
Our Northland NZ holiday accommodation is purpose built and comprises two modern self contained studio suites opening directly out onto a lounging deck, private spa and swimming pool, BBQ and garden, all with expansive harbour views.
Continental Breakfast provisions included. Sorry, Waimanu Lodge is not suitable for children.

Whangaroa Harbour Northland, is a magnificent picturesque inland harbour with a relaxed fishing village atmosphere. Protected by dramatic rock formations, the harbour offers all weather boating, kayaking, and fishing. Dolphin sightings from Waimanu Lodge are not infrequent. We have even seen a pod of Orca (killer whales) on one occasion.
A truly majestic place, positioned 30km north of Kerikeri in the Bay of Islands and a short trip by boat to the beautiful Cavalli Islands.

We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed 30! Value for money easily one of the best places we have stayed. The room and facilities, including private deck and exclusive use of pool, bbq and outdoor spa, were top rate. Shaun and Judy are welcoming but also leave you to your privacy to enjoy their special location. Little touches like home baking and chocolates (we got mini Easter eggs as it was Easter weekend), each day add to the special experience. The view is outstanding and we felt extremely fortunate to be there. We will be back and next time intend to stay longer and explore more of the Northland area.
