Whistler Mountain House is nestled in the world-renowned mountain resort of Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.

It is centrally located and only 12 to 14 min walk (4 min downhill bike ride) to Whistler Village, and all the amenities. At Whistler Mountain House we pride ourselves on the quiet, relaxing and friendly atmosphere we provide to our guests.

Clean and friendly rooms offer quality "mountain-style" accommodation. After a long day you may want to relax in the large hot tub, or just relax in the guest living room with fireplace, DVD and TV enjoying complimentary refreshments. Free wireless Internet as well.

English, and... Japanese spoken [and sometimes understood!]

Rooms...

Each room is fully equipped with either a King or Queen size bed or 2 Twin beds. Every room has cozy duvet quilts, , lovely pine furniture, alarm clock radios, and is stocked with magazines and books for your reading and relaxing pleasure.

Whistler Mountain House Rates 2010

Rates range from $125 per night per room and this will increase depending on the season .There are discounts available for the entire house or multiple rooms or stays of more than 3 nights . Rates include breakfast , complimentary refreshments and use of our large hot tub. There is free wireless internet and parking as well . All rooms have a private bathroom and 3 rooms have a queen size bed and one room has 2 twin beds .( 2 of the rooms with queen beds have the option to add a second bed )From Dec 15 to April 15 there is a minimum stay of 5 nights . There is a reduced price for singles . We can accept Visa , Mastercard and Debit card , we can also accept Cdn and US cash and like wise Euros .

We have plenty of storage for bikes and skis and snow boards , there is also a work room with benches and work stands for bikes .

We are a 4 min ride to the lifts in the summer or 12 to 14 min walk to the village .

Additional Location Information

Whistler Mountain House is in Brio which is the closest subdivision south of Whistler Village and hence only a 10 min walk into the village of Whistler or a 4 min bike ride . Plenty of parking and even a garage if needed. There are hiking and biking trails right across the street . There is a bike trail that comes directly from the the Whistler Mountain Bike Park to my door ..

Our rates start at $105 but vary according to the season. We offer discounts for the entire house or multiple rooms and likewise for multiple nights (more than 3 ). Mountain bike( Downhill and Cross country) guiding can be arranged. Skiing and Snowboarding guiding is also available . A number of other activities can be catered to as well ...

  Booked by chance, but turned out to be the best place in Whistler: Great hospitality, gemütliche (!) common rooms to chill out and relax. Wonderful hot tub and best breakfast!
  Best host with excellent insider suggestions about what to do in Whistler and surroundings: we had a gorgeous hike to cheakamus lake.

  Martin is a wonderful host!! even with a broken arm at the time :-). We had a
  most wonderful stay. The room was very nice and had all needed comfort. But
  most memorable were the chats with Martin and the other guests - sharing
  experiences. A must stay for the adventurous travelers - they will find loads of
  advice & like-minded travelers to share it with. But even if you are not (which
  we weren't), you are still guaranteed a good time and plenty of good advice.
  We would stay there again any time.
