This modern decorated, fully renovated, 2 bedroom located in Woodrun Lodge is perhaps Whistler’s most popular ski-in/ski-out property and for good reason. Located directly on the slopes and only a few hundred feet from the base of Blackcomb Mountain, The Woodrun offers true ski-in/ski-out convenience. The Woodrun Lodge offers great amenities such as a slope side pool and Whistler’s largest hot tub, perfect for relaxing in after a long, hard day shredding the mountain. There is also a well equipped exercise room and newly renovated lobby lounge area. The master bedroom in this property has a King sized bed, computer desk and a large en-s...uite bath. The second bedroom has two Twin sized beds. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is very well equipped with all the comforts of home including an espresso maker. The dining area off the kitchen offers comfortable table seating for six adults as well as three extra bar seats off the kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer for drying all that ski gear as well as a boot dryer in the front closet. Additional highlights include an outdoor BBQ on the deck, gas fireplace, televisions in both bedrooms as well as surround sound a DVD/VCR and stereo in the living room, views of Rainbow Mountain, Aveda bath products, and free underground parking.Read more

My family had a fantastic vacation! Whistler Superior Properties (WSP) emailed me prior to my arrival verifying my approximate check-in time to ensure a fast and efficient check-in. When we got to our condo I realized my lift tickets were not included in my welcome packet. When I called WSP, I was initially told to return the following day, but was pleasantly surprised when the tickets were delivered to the condo that afternoon! This simple but extraordinary service allowed my family to enjoy our vacation uninterrupted.
The unit itself is very well appointed. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the place very clean! The TVs in the living room and both bedrooms were updated with flat screen panels, and I appreciated the fact that inventory was taken and restocked when deemed unusable (Ex. I found a brand new cookie sheet under the existing burnt cookie sheets, a new pair of kitchen scissors next to the broken one, etc.).
The boot dryer is a definite plus! This was an absolute necessity as the week we were there, temperatures were subzero, and having dry boots was crucial to our safety and well-being.
The one thing we were disappointed in was that the advertised BBQ grill did not work. This is the only reason why the rating is not 5 stars. I wish I could give a rating of 4.5 because 4 stars is too low.
This was our second stay at The Woodrun Lodge. It's the perfect ski in/ski out condo. It's so close to the base of Blackcomb that we can access the chairlift in less than a minute; yet it's far enough that we could enjoy our evenings without the noise from the late night crowds.
We will definitely be back and staying at The Woodrun Lodge!

The apartment itself was very nice. Clean with a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. But it faces out to the driveway/entrance which makes it extremely noisy with outside noise. There were garbage trucks and delivery trucks all the time. People unload there and constant talking and banging. You couldn't sit on the balcony due to all the noise. One other bad feature is no air conditioning. It was hot that week. We had to crack our door to the hallway to bring in the central air of the building. If they want summer visitors they need to add aC.

Very well presented property. Spacious lounge and dining/kitcken. Ideal ski in ski out location just up from Fairmont Hotel. Easy (300 yard) walk to Fairmont & Upper Village base and short walk to main village when required. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. Decent pool / hot tub, limited change facilities. Ski lockers very convenient when leaving slopes. Gondola runs to midstation till 8pm from main Blackcomb/Whistler base so apres ski may be enjoyed in ski boots and then take gondola up, and ski straight back to Woodrun Lodge. Perfect. Highly recommend (-:

I loved being out where it was peaceful and quiet but yet the boys could quickly get to the slopes. I think the boys would have preferred to be closer to the action but they had ways of getting downtown. The home was very nice and up to date. The best part was the washer/dryer and the boot dryer/warmer. Boys really really loved that.
I wish the pool would have been open as the boys said all the other ones were in operation, but they did use the hot tub. There also was problems with the bus service as the bus drove right by the boys and didn't pick them up.
We enjoyed our time in Whistler staying at Woodrun. The accomodations were great. We were close enough to all the activity and had plenty of room to relax, prepare a few meals in the awesome kitchen & BBQ grill, and a great view from our deck. We would love to return!

We had a great time in Whistler. The Woodrun Condo #215 we stayed in exceeded our expectations! We could not believe it was truly a ski in/ ski out. The hot tub was an added bonus as was the ski locker. The staff was very nice and supportive to our needs; an a+ in my book. Next trip we will try to stay longer to enjoy the village.

After a hectic 7 week holiday in australia,we connected with family travelling in the opposite direction from the U K at YVR. We all drove up to Whistler together admiring the terrific Canadian senery. Woodrun was easy to find and a lovely surprise. Spacious, well furnished, close to the lifts and an easy walk to the villages. It was a breathtaking holiday and a wonderful place to catch up with extended family from across the world who despertly needed a quiet relaxing holiday . The lodge had everything we needed including "laundry and dishwashing soap"! And at the end of each day it was nice to go for a swim. We saw 3 bears while riding on the chair lift near our lodge and were very lucky to have sunny weather the whole stay. We have already recomended Woodrun Lodge to other friends and family as its such an amazing place to stay and so close to Vancouver.
