All rates are subject to 5% tax only. Unlike hotels, we DO NOT charge Hotel Tax (10%), Tourist Tax (2%), Equipment Storage charges or Parking Fees (often $25-$30 per night!).
25% of the total booking will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be increased to 50% forty-five days prior to your arrival. The balance is due 14 days in advance, and check-in information will be sent 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation within the 14 day period will result in full payment forfeiture. This property will be rented to responsible adults/families only. NB> We do not rent to persons under 21 years of age. When the rentor is between 21 & 25 years of age, a $500.00 refundable damage deposit will be required.
Damage: This property will be clean and well maintained on your arrival, and as such, any property damage, beyond normal wear and tear, noise or security violation charges, or excess cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card. We will not be responsible for injury or accidents, for theft or loss of valuables, or for delay incurred, whether negligent or not, to yourself or any member of the group.
