All rates are subject to 12% tax only (5% after 1 April, 2013). Unlike hotels, we DO NOT charge Hotel Tax (10%), Tourist Tax (2%), Equipment Storage charges or Parking Fees (often $25-$30 per night!).
25% of the total booking will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be increased to 50% forty-five days prior to your arrival. The balance is due 14 days in advance, and check-in information will be sent 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation within the 14 day period will result in full payment forfeiture. This property will be rented to responsible adults/families only. NB> We do not rent to persons under 21 years of age. When the rentor is between 21 & 25 years of age, a $500.00 refundable damage deposit will be required.
Damage: This property will be clean and well maintained on your arrival, and as such, any property damage, beyond normal wear and tear, noise or security violation charges, or excess cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card. We will not be responsible for injury or accidents, for theft or loss of valuables, or for delay incurred, whether negligent or not, to yourself or any member of the group.

Myself and a mate stayed here for 2 weeks snowboarding in Feb-13, and had a blast. Anne & Mike were a pleasure to deal with and obvously take a lot of care with their townhouse which is clean, comfortable after a long day boarding, and in a great location (walking distance to everything needed).
I will no doubt be back again in the future! -

One bedroom apartment, very spacious, fabulous kitchen, terrace with barbeque, parking underneath. Super convenient for town, very close to a big supermarket. Best accommodation we have had for the whole of 22 days touring Canada. It had all we needed, and I mean all, inclusive of washing machine, dryer, and small kitchen things that make your life easy if you are staying in (salt, pepper, olive oil, spices, coffee, tea, sugar...) Super!

After a hard week of mountain bike racing, this comfortable condo was just what the doctor ordered (we had two doctors staying with us, and they confirmed it)!!
The condo was sparkling clean on our arrival, and the 'little touches' (such as a beautifully set table, bike hooks, and a well equipped kitchen) are not overlooked. Anne and Mike Murphy made a point of checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to park the car for the duration of our visit and walk everywhere we needed to go.

We had a very enjoyable stay at anne and Mike's Northstar condo in Whistler. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and fully equipped, and was close to all amenities. Our two young children felt right at home!

Amazing Condo, great location, very close to all amenities - truly a home from home. Whistler/Blackcomb is second to none for skiing and the après ski is pretty good too!

We enjoyed the fully equiped kitchen, and the fireplace was great coming "home" to. The Village is right across the street, so a car is not needed. The Hdtv was a hit with our teenage daughters.

We thoroughly enjoyed our retreat at Northstar and look forward to another opportunity to enjoy this spotless, delilghtful condo. Attention to every possible detail by the thoughtful owners helped enhance our visit. The location is fabulous, close to all the amenities, grocery store, restaurants, ski hill, night spots, cross country skiing all on your door-step. A true home away from home - but better!
