Paul and Hazel's apartment is well equipped and comfortably and smartly furnished. It overlooks the poolside area and captures afternoon sunshine. Moreover, it is conveniently located close to Blackcomb Upper Village and only a 2 minute walk/ski to the ski slopes. We would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to others.
For Paul and Hazel's eyes only, we would like to suggest areas where some improvements could be made:
1. More space in the kitchen for grocery storage
2. More shelf or drawer space in the bedroom for clothing
3. The wireless internet connection was prone to dropping out and I had to continually unplug and replug the modem to reset it.
4. A somewhat confusing set of remote controls for the TV and other entertainment equipment. Perhaps no remotes at all would be easier?
