Situated on the Village Stroll between Village Square and Skiers Plaza (the lifts), the Fitzsimmons building has been called the "most photographed building in Whistler" with it's attractive gabled roofline and indoor/outdoor restaurants all along the main level. Because this location is within about a 1 to 2-MINUTE walk to the lifts, it is considered "SKI-IN / SKI OUT". The walk to the lifts is MUCH shorter than the walk from most Village locations. NOTE: The Village is active and can be noisy at night. That's all part of the excitement. You'll hear the goings-on outside, but Fitzsimmons H is not as noisy as some, as our unit faces east toward Blackcomb mountain, and not out onto the Stroll itself.

Our rates depend on the Season, and are typically based on a 3-night or 5-night minimum stay. Housekeeping before and after the stay are complimentary. Free reserved underground parking for 1 car. WiFi, Cable TV, and Telephone (including long distance) are included.
A $200 Deposit is charged to your card along with your reservation amount, on the date your balance is paid. This will be returned upon our post-check-out inspection, via check in postal mail, in Canadian funds. If there is property damange or we incur charges for excessive cleaning beyond normal housekeeping, this payment will go toward that excess charge and not be returned. Damages in excess of $200 will be collected from you.

I can't imagine a better combination of location, accommodations, knowledgable and helpful owners, value and everything else it takes to make a first time visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible. The condo was everything it was advertised to be and more. Why would you consider renting a hotel room when you can have so much more at the same price? How can you not like a 2-3 minute walk to the slopes, sparkling clean and well equipped accommodations located on the Stroll? Little things like great towels and showers, heated bathroom floors, awesome TV/stereo/WiFi, combination door access rather than fumbling with keys, underground parking, new hot tub access, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, in-condo washer and dryer and a 30 sec walk from the condo's front door to being on the Stroll! Equally important, the owner, Mike, is full of knowledge, great to work with, provides explicit directions and operating instructions and is very responsive. He makes you feel like you are family. Our group of 5 loved our stay and I look forward to bring more friends and family back to Fitzsimmons H.

This is one of the absolute best locations in Whistler. I didn't time my walk to the lift, but I'd guess it was 2 or 3 minutes. The condo is just across the square from the grocery store (and liquor store) and is close to many restaurants. It's centrally located for both skiing and evening activities.
It's also a great unit. The owners have put a lot of care into the design and comfort in the unit. It's also on the quieter side of the building, which is nice at night. The hot tub is great -- very spacious. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, which helps on longer stays
The owners were very easy to work with regarding arrival. (I can say from experience that is not always true at Whistler.)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again. -

Nothing but good things to say about this condo. The location is great, right in the heart of the village and easy access to the lifts. Will definitely go back on our next trip to whistler!!! The accommodations are great and just as advertised.

This condo is right in the middle of the village! It was very reasonably priced and comfortably slept the 6 adults in my party. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to questions about the area. Highly recommended!

Had a great weekend stay at this condo!
The instructions made it simple to find. (You have to park in the fire lane to unload your car, but that didn't seem to bother anybody)
The condo itself was very comfortable and very well stocked with everything you'd want -- even a iPod dock connected right into the stereo.
The location is great: a one or two minute walk from the lift -- close enough to be very convenient, but far enough that you don't have to listen to the Red Bull truck blasting music all day!
Highly recommended. -

The location of the condo was great, especially for the grandparents. The unit was sparkling clean, and really well equipped. The common area is roomy, and comfortable. The only thing we missed was the hot tub that wasn't functioning while we were there. We would definetely choose to stay in this unit again, and highly recommend it.

This is a fabulous condo. The location is perfect. Close to lifts, restaurants and shopping. The decor is comfortable and charming, the kitchen's well equipped, WiFi, flat screen TV, heated bath and foyer floors and luxurious bedding add to the sence of pampering this condo provides.
We will definitely be making plans to return.

My family stayed here in December and we had a wonderful time--the condo could not have been in a more perfect location. We would just walk out the door and the skiing, restaurants and shops were right in front of us. The condo was very spacious and comfortable--it even had heated floors in the bathroom! We would definitely stay here in the future.
