Come stay in our ground floor, garden side, one bedroom condo at Whistler Creekside. The Gondola is only steps away from our front door.

Two markets, a wine & liquor store, Starbucks and nine restaurants within five minutes walk. Gourmet dining at the Rim Rock Cafe or Le Gros: only a three minute drive or bus ride from Creekside. And Lake Placid Lodge is only a minutes walk from the shuttle with access to all of Whistler. Live music at Dusty's most every night during the ski season weekends during the summer.

We have FREE wireless internet for your computer. Flat screen TV and DVD player provided. We have a fully equipped kitchen... including standard cooking supplies.

We are located in the Lake Placid Lodge at the Whistler Creekside Gondola Base a one minute walk from the following: Creekside Gondola, lift ticket kiosk, Whistler-Blackcomb customer service, Whistler Kids, ski & snowboard rentals and lessons, Franz Run retail center and seven restaurants within 5 minutes.
Whistler Creekside was the venue for all of the 2010 Olympic Alpine events.
Summer activities: There is a swimming beach with a playground about five minutes walk down Lk Placid Road next to the train station. The Valley Trail starts here and biking, roller blading and walking are allowed. The system is about 20 Kilometers long and extends to Green Lake. Hiking the mountains is popular with Garbaldi Provincial Park bordering Whistler. Wildlife including black bears are common in and around Whistler.
Kayak and caoe rentals available at nearby Lakeside Park and bike rentals across the street from the lodge.

  One of us was a bit under the weather, so the ability to pop in and out from the slopes, as needed, and the efficiency in the morning were both highly appreciated, as were the kitchen (with dishwasher), little high efficiency, euro-style washer/dryer, etc. Closet and drawer space is adequate but not generous--plenty for two, but if you've also got a couple of kids on the fold-out, don't over-pack, or don't expect to hang/shelve everything. The relevant bus stops (both for travel to and from vancouver, and trips to and from the main Whistler village) were "right next" as well. Owners are responsive to questions and to reasonable requests, too. The door code was "as explained" (based on one of our telephone numbers) but was not the number actually printed on the page, but except for the 20 seconds of consternation as we figured that out, every aspect of the stay was very smooth. There are plenty of slots but not much elbow room in the shared ski room, and the ski locks could already use a repair/upgrade--some look to have been busted out (and one always wonders how and why). Signs clearly state that skis should not enter the main lodge, but some of the people with fancier skis seemed to be cleaning them well and bringing them to their rooms, all the same. As to true basics, the hot water is hot, the hot tub denizens are congenial, the bed is comfy, the slope access is fast. There were none of the mystery drips, leaks, noises or flashing lights that sometimes plague vacation rentals.

  The condo was as described - comfortable; ground floor location; very near the Creekside Gondola Station. The bed was very comfortable and we slep extraordinarily well after a full day's skiing. Bathroom facilities were good. Midweek cleaning and provision of clean linen was excellent.
  
  Having the outdoor hot tub and heated swimming pool were terrific for tired limbs and we used them almost every evening.
  
  The grocery store seemed expensive to us from the UK but supplied the necessaries. We made a trip to the Main Village to buy groceries where they seemed to be a bit cheaper.
  
  Little things like the use of ski locks being included were a bonus.
  
  All in all a very good experience for our first time visiting Whistler.

  The one bedroom condo is in an ideal location, and has all the amenities for our 2 week stay. The lifts and shops are 50 yards away. It is very well equipped, and a quiet location.

  Perfect location for skiers. Excellent pricing relative to others even in the same building. Could use a bit more attention to the proper functioning of the hot tub (was cold one night).
