Our condo is located at the north edge of the Whistler village and close to the ticket center and main gondola.
From the condo It takes approx 9-11 minutes to walk to the main gondolla and ticket center .
Bus # 4 runs every 7 minutes during the ski season to the gondolla and ticket center. The bus stop is 30 seconds from the townhomes back door. Two minute bus ride.
Bus # 4 runs every 15 minutes during the summer. and off season.

The rates posted do not include 5% Government sales tax.
Rates are based on sound financial planning. We expect to achieve a fair and reasonable profit to ensure proper upgrades and maintenance of our townhome and to further assure that our guests, accociates, cleaning and small maintenance team will be offered a long term benefit of this small business.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of $ 200 is deducted from your final payment. Pending no damage the deposit is returned to your provided home address via cheque. Damage deposit cheques are written on the 10th of eath month and sent the following day. Unfortunately there is not a system in place to apply the damage deposit back on your credit card.
Please consider what you get in comparison for what you pay in a Hotel.
