Kitchen The new gourmet kitchen boasts custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and fully equipped.
Bathroom The bathroom has a body jet spa shower, soaker tub and granite counter tops. Lots of extra towels, hair blower ect.
Free Extras Other amenities include free hi- speed wireless Internet, free long distance phone calls throughout North America. There is an air conditioning for the hot summer days or it can be used for extra heat if required. Have a safe as well. The Aspens has a 24 hour front desk, internet computers and printer office. To ski Go out our end unit past the hot tubs to the slope side, Skis on and two turns (200 mtrs) to the Wizard chair lift Blackcomb base. Enjoy the dual mountains skiing, Whistler/Blackcomb from the Wizard run or experience the Peak to Peak lift which is world renown. No cars needed/parking or big hikes. Your skis / boards are kept by the free Apens ski valet. Best thing is after a full day of skiing, your tired and all you have to do is ski right to the unit. Ski/boards off and your in your unit right away for a cold or warm drink and then soak in the hot tubs slope side to completely relax. Most places people are still making their way home, tired and not enjoying the journey.

Condo location 3-4 Min walk to Village North, 10-12 min walk to Village town center. Free shuttle bus out front of our complex. Paths all around for walking or cycling. The unit is bright with sunrises to sunset views. Bright sunny private end unit right on the ski run. We are far enough away too not hear the bars closing and dealing with crowds. You are in best area of Whistler/Blackcomb with hi end restaurants, shops and hotels. Secured parking is underground 14/n, right below our unit. No elevators needed. Ask for views and location of other units to compare with ours before booking.

It's a beautiful condo located on the first floor just around the corner from the pool & hot tub. Easy access to get to chair lift, Can ski right back to your place. Beautiful views, perfect for a couple or a couple with 1 or 2 kids. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time in the Whistler area and I was very impressed. Very pretty, clean area with lots to do off the mountain.
The condo is a great location literally right off the ski slope which made it nice in the mornings not having to waste time commuting.
I would definitely recommend this condo, the property owners are great and the condo is in excellent shape coming fully stocked with all the appliances, dishware, sheets, blankets, towels, etc! We were able to bbq a couple meals on the grill and cook breakfast in the mornings.

Well, there were good points and bad points about our stay. Yes, the unit is on the end and has a nice view of the ski hill. However, it was not quite like I envisioned - you can't go on the porch and strap on your skis and go. You have to use the ski valet service which was good.
The bathroom was only stocked with a partial toilet paper roll which did not last a week. The bathroom shower curtain was not clean & the bathroom tiles/tub need to be replaced. Water drains were very slow in the sink and tub. Hot water took forever to come out. The refrigerator made a loud noise every time it kicked on, so it woke me up constantly. The blinds were worn & need to be replaced. Plantation shutters would be ideal.
The bed was very comfortable which was great. It would be crowded to have guests stay overnight. Since it was just me and my wife, it was fine. The kitchen/ living area was really nice. The entry had a digital code lock, so you did not have to worry about carrying keys.
The owner was quirky as he never wanted to talk to me on the phone. Everything was done via e-mail & the grammar was poor. He seemed to be oblivious that anything can go wrong. Whenever I let him know about an issue, his standard response indicated this was the first time it ever happened. He must rent to people who never complain :) Read more
Can't please everyone.
Strata has a strict rule, that no skis in the building. Free Valet is perfect. The cleaners are to leave three TP rolls.
Replace shower curtain every six months. Sure not that bad. We are an end unit and hot water has to travel.
Blinds are expensive designer picked blinds. Never heard a complain about blinds. Need dusting every so often.
Unfort hearing your extreme complaining was a bit much. I want constructive feedback so any issues can be attended to.
Grammar poor, ok. extreme again.
People rent, love the unit and give me constructive feedback. My unit is considered 5* too most. Good luck in other units. Obviously hard to please. New fridge. Got an opening to stay overnight and the compressor was starting to go.

Our family stayed at this place for a week of skiing, and it was all around a great experience. The location is ideal, from a skiing and walking to the village point of view, and the unit has all you need. The sleds on the balcony were a nice extra for another after-ski activity for the kids. - Also, during the planning phase, Dave was always very responsive which we much appreciated.

Our stay in this condo was far too short! This is a nicely decorated and comfortable 1 bed condo with an excellent kitchen, in a great location. A perfect outlook down to the chairlifts. A short and easy walk to the whistler, so we just parked the car in the garage. Loved the deck (with BBQ) and used it every day for drinks. Back of the condo is situated next to the spa/pool but didn't hear any noise whatsoever. The subdued lighting and the peace and quiet made for a very relaxing stay. Couldn't have asked for anything better and really pleased with our decision to stay here. Dave and Daphne certainly have a great investment and they are good to deal with.

We had a lovely romantic anniversary weekend at the aspens condo. It felt like home with the cozy fireplace, robes and fluffy throw blankets. We loved that it was set back and away from the busy Whistler Village but close enough to walk if you want to explore. Perfect size for a couple to stay, but probably a squeeze with more people. The apple TV was an excellent bonus too!

Enjoyed three days of Whistler heaven while staying in this lovely condo. Fabulous location adjacent to the ski hill. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Dave was very responsive to emails and provided excellent info prior to our stay. As per his recommendation, we did the Peak to Peak chairlift and spent the day on the top of the world! The bed configuration was different than was posted, but we were able to make it work. Also, be prepared to pay for parking (underground, steps away from the unit), since non-pay parking is difficult to get and not close. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. Please note, this is an exterior view unit with a lovely deck for outside enjoyment.

My new fiance and I recently stayed at the Parker's condo and had a great time. The kitchen had all the utensils to make meals, the deck had a bbq, comfty chairs to read and take in the sun. The shower is amaszing and we felt very much cozy and at home.
The condo is very close to the village. We were able to walk there at any time. On the Sunday, there was a farmers market which we enjoyed. If you enjoy swimming or having a hot tub, your can do that at the aspens resort. The parking was easily accessible and I can see why this location would be a prime spot for sport junkies being right next to the ski lift.
I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning a trip but the best part of my trip was getting engaged on Top of the World trail :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Whistler and that was mainly because of our wonderful accommodations. Nicely decorated with all the conveniences we could need. It was very close to the village with just a walk out the "back door". The hot tub and exercise room was next door and was clean as was the rest of the complex.
It was very relaxing to buy some groceries and have some meals in the condo. It is stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal either to start off the day or the end of a day. It made our visit even more enjoyable because it felt like home.
It is a very minor matter and it did not bother us but a touch up on the finish of the cabinets and one shelf unit will make it seem like new.
With high marks we would recommend this unit to anyone because it exceeded our expectations. The stuffed bear was great! He posed for a variety of pictures for our grand children that we titled "Whistler bear problem". We would stay here again on our next visit to Whistler.

we spent a couple days here for our anniversary, and really enjoyed ourselves! the condo was gorgeous, and directions to the place and checking in was a breeze! The unit has everything you need, and it's close to all the amenities. The best part of our trip was finding a bottle of champagne in the fridge for our anniversary! Our stay at the aspens was wonderful, the condo was very clean and tidy, easy to find everything and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. I really liked that the condo was on the ground level, easy to get to and from the pool & hot tub. The amenities we fabulous. The location was fantastic, close enough to walk down to Blackcomb village and then back up and also get access to ski down to the lift. We'll be heading back in the summer. Thanks for a great stay!

This was my families second stay at this unit at the aspens. The unit is perfectly located with big windows looking out at the slope and chairlift. True ski in ski out location about 100 yards above the Chateau Whistler. This unit is at the end of the hallway by the exercise room, so very easy access to the pool and hot-tubs but the unit faces away from the pool deck so no noise. The unit itself is wonderfully decorated with a beautiful kitchen with a granite island and four stools for eating meals. Thanks Dave for the Christmas decorations, our daughter loved it. We look forward to staying at this unit in the summer when we could take advantage of the large wrap around deck and barbecue.
I highly recommend the aspens and this unit and the owner Dave is a pleasure to deal with.

Our condo experience was terrific. There was plenty of space and we were just above Upper Village, but with privacy. The porch definitely adds a nice touch for relaxing outdoors. We even grilled salmon out there. The hosts were very accommodating. Only advice I would give to people during the summer months (July) is to keep the aC going in the bedroom, because if you come back at the end of a day outdoors, then it will take a while for the place to cool off, if aC was shut-off.

Unit 109 was just as described on their website and as portrayed in their photos (this isn't the case most of the time). Its view of the run and the wraparound deck is amazing. The unit is well equipped, the only thing missing is insuite laundry.

We had a very comfortable stay here. It is truly the best location in the complex, facing the green slopes and right next to the pool and hot tubs. The deck is huge and wraps around the entire side of the condo with views of Blackcomb and the village. My husband and I commented the decor felt like Milestones. Great and relaxing place.

Comfortable, clean, modern, and a great location for skiers! Great for two people. Really enjoyed the ski valet service and a nice soak in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The condo is located right next to the spa/exercise area so it can get a little noisy at times, but we weren't annoyed too bad. Our only other small gripe...the iPod system didn't work for us so we had to make due with the radio.

The aspens, specifically Unit 109, is ideally located right at the base of Blackcomb mountain. It has great views of the slopes, is right next to the pool and hot tub, and is a skip upstairs from the parking garage. The owners were super in their info and service. The only suggestion is to touch up the place a bit given use and to ensure the linens and towels and "supplies" (from silverware to utensils etc) are checked and updated a bit. We would return without hesitation. Thanks to all!

We had a wonderful stay at your place. We loved how warm and cozy the rooms felt. The kitchen was well equipped and well stocked making it easy to cook when we didn't want to eat out. Loved our stay in unit 109 at the aspens. The building and amenities are wonderful. Nice pool area and hot tubs. Our unit had a wrap around balcony overlooking the slopes. Lots of snow and fun and a quick walk down the mountain to the Chateau whistler and upper village. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends and hope to rent this unit again in the summer. Unit is decorated nicely with a beautiful kitchen, with granite counter-tops. Bathroom had a great shower with multiple jets and a rain shower head with good water pressure.

This was a great location for both privacy and for easy access to Whistler. The room was great - comfy bed, snuggly throws, fireplace, big deck, fully stocked kitchen, and a good music and entertainment system. I liked that there were dimmer switches and candles to help set a relaxing mood. The view is lovely and you can't get closer to the hot tubs. We stayed in and cooked dinners both evenings and walked the village during the day. It was just what we were looking for. Thanks!

We had a fabulous time in Whistler, with a place well suited to our expectations. We have stayed at several hotels, town houses and condos in Whistler over the years, but this unit was the best by far. Our expectation of quality has risen over the years, and this unit is the best so far. The decor suited our style, and the two adjoining decks fits our life style, as we spend a lot of time out doors. This is no doubt, the best value for you dollar.

Everything in the condo was great as it was when we previously stayed. Only complaint is we were looking forward to using the BBQ, I know I called you Dave about the propane but unfortorunately both tanks were empty. And for some reason we could not get the water hot in the kitchen, was okay in the bathroom which doesn't really make sense. Just one other suggestion would be perhaps have the blinds dusted. But would defintely rent again next year. Love the view on the balcony and with the weather we had we were able to eat dinner on the patio each night can't beat that.

The only reason it did not get 5 stars is the bed is rock hard and not very comfortable. They had air con in the bedroom which would have been great in the middle of summer when we stayed except it was so incredibly noisy and blew straight into your face as it is at bed level. Awesome location and the place is done up really nicely - we mainly cooked and the big BBQ was great. The deck is really large and lovely to sit on and read a book. Would definately use again

When we arrived, however, we didn't know if we would actually be getting in since Dave forgot to email us the entry access code plus he didn't even have on his calendar we were renting it. This sloppiness could have caused a vacation nightmare! Fortunately we had a kind hostess at the aspens who went out of her way to track down Dave so I could get the access code from him!

My wife and I chose to go to Whistler for our honeymoon. We had a long day of travel coming from the far opposite side of the continent, and then the drive up into the mountains. Needless to say we were exhausted. It was nice to arrive to a place that felt like home. This condo was beautiful and cozy inside. All necessary amenities were available. It is the closest condo to the hot tubs, and has great views of the mountain from the balcony. It faces the lift and ski runs. Upon exiting the condo, you were on the slopes already, just put your skis on and ski down to the lift. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. The village is a short walk or an even shorter free bus ride to many more shops, restaurants, and bars. And if you are too tired to go out, just call for delivery. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful. Dave, the owner, was very helpful and replied to my emails almost immediately. The only negative about the condo is that I couldn't move in!! You will not regret renting this unit, and for the price you cant beat it.
