Arrived at 5:00 PM. Place was not cleaned. Took 3 phone calls to get it cleaned by 7:30 PM that night. One of our party was ill and needed to rest right away. No apology, no compensation for inconvenience. Told we were lucky cleaning team close, as accommodations were all booked up elsewhere for the night. Had to call for extra supplies the next day. Never use Backcomb Peaks Accommodations again.

Once the access code to enter (which delayed us entering the condo for a few hours) our stay was great. However to spend time phoning Roy at Blackcomb Peaks, (although he was helpful) took far too long to resolve the problem. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our time there and would recommend The Aspens to friends and family.

We have just had another awesome vacation at The Aspens. The location is perfect with the ski slope just metres away and ski school very close. It truly is a ski in/ski out location where you can even pop home for lunch.
The rooms were very comfortable and we will be back soon! -

Roy or Jamie, 1. Kitchen pot light out 2.Fridge door sags and sticks open3. The email format for the stay is cumbersome, put the info on the pdf into the mail. All the good work that goes into the pdf takes 3 steps to find?

This unit is in a great location, it is just steps to the ski run, shopping, night life, and cycling in the summer.
This is a true Ski-in Ski-out type building. The unit itself has a nice level of finishing, and is very clean and organized. There is a good amount of space to fit a large family or two couples.
The management company is efficient and polite to deal with.
I would say this is good value for the money, and a place i would stay without hesitation in the future.

Our stay was great. The unit was nicely decorated and well maintained and you can't beat the location on the mountain. We were able to ski in and out as we pleased and the walk to the village was very easy and not very far. You can't beat the price for location and quality. Plus it is a bonus that all the condos are digital entry so no need for a key to lose on the slopes.
