The Market Pavilion sits in the heart of Whistler’s North Village with many great shops and restaurants right in the building. The property is about 5 minutes walk to the Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas and is only steps from the start of the Village Stroll and the Whistler Olympic Plaza. Market Pavilion #318 is definitely one of the nicest rental units in the building with recent renovations and upgrades including new paint, carpet, deluxe furnishings, light fixtures and redone kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and in addition to the range, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, is very well equipped with man...y extras including a slow cooker, blender and a great selection of cookware and dinnerware. The bedding in this studio suite is a standard Queen bed and Queen sofabed. The living area has a gas fireplace, portable phone, Sony mp3 and CD stereo, mounted 46” flatscreen TV with DVD player, air conditioner and access to a private balcony with patio furniture. Market Pavilion #318 sits on the quiet side of the building so guests will have every opportunity for a great night’s sleep. Lastly, guests will enjoy the Market Pavilion’s building amenities including free underground parking, common laundry facilities and a common area outdoor hot tub located right down the hall.Read more

Really enjoyed our stay at Market Pavillion #318. Superior Properties (management) provided an easy and quick check-in and check-out service, and were helpful with any questions. The unit was very comfortable, and well equipped with all the amenities and kitchen appliances / crockery, etc. Location is in the north village and away from the noise of the heart of the village nearer the slopes, so it was nice and quiet. Conveniently located just steps from IGa Marketplace, Liquor store, coffee shops, restaurants and brew pub. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We spend the Christmas holiday at Whistler @ Market Pavillion.
We loved the place. Very near to the market, restaurants and a walking distance to the free bus to get to the gondolas.
We have a great time.

We stayed during early October 2013 so very much off season and quiet, this studio is very well equipped and super comfy for a couple. Located within a few minutes walk to coffee shops, the IGa, Liquor store etc and many many great restaurants (try the Tandoori Grill !!!)
We spent most days biking and hiking before relaxing in the hottub in the evenings. Whistler superior were amazing, we were even able to extend our stay in 318, even though it had been booked! (reception simply upgraded the others making us very happy !!)
Cant wait to return

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. The room was clean, access was easy, underground parking, room also fully equipped. The atmosphere at Whistler is absolutely fantastic. Even after three years the Olympics still seem like they never left.

Stayed with a family of 4... 2 children...all of us do mountain biking.
Bikes were placed in the patio outside.
The drainage of the bathroom sink and bath was extremely slow, so that was a bit frustrating.
Lovely and comfortably room and a great location.

If you don't mind being 10 minutes walk from the lifts, this is a beautiful unit. Well stocked kitchen. Laundry and hot tub are literally two doors down. If you don't want to walk, bus stop is around the corner. Highly recommended.
A comfortable stay and excellent experience at Market Pavilion #

We had a 3 nights stay at this Unit during Christmas 2012. This unit was well equipped with everything you need, from toiletries, laundry detergent to kitchen utensils. It was tastefully decorated, although it was not a luxurious type but it can absolutely make you feel like home. The unit was clean with a comfortable size for a family of 4. My children are age 12 and 16. Although the dinning table was a bit small but it's not a problem for us. My children shared the queen size sofa bed without a hassle. The in-house storage by the entrance of the unit was excellent for putting and hanging all our wet ski jackets and skiing/snowboarding equipment. The check-in office was located in another building just across the street. Not a problem if you have your own vehicle. Check-in staff was friendly and gave us good suggestions on searching the right snowboarding lessons, the activities we could do during our stay and reminded us fire show on every Sunday evening at 6pm. The building was centrally located with 7-11, domino's pizza and marketplace near by. There are a Whistler grocery store and IGa Marketplace nearby, very convenient for us to cook our own meal. If you are too tired to cook, pizza delivery, Earls, Keg, Araxi restaurant are close by in the Village. It's only 10-15 mins walk along The Village Stroll to the Gondola, an ease for my 12-yr old son carry his own snowboarding equipment after a full day activities on the mountain. Key card access to the underground parking and your own floor. A coin laundry facility in the building, just right on my floor, $1.25 each for a load of washing and drying. Very convenient and centrally located. No complaint on the value. The interior decorations and equipment in every unit of the building were different. People were saying the unit I stayed at was the most updated and best equipped.
very comfortable, beautifully updated condo, very close to Whist

this condo was recently updated and was very comfortable and cozy. The bed was very comfortable (in comparison to our friend's murphy bed in another room) and the furniture was very nice, decorations very pretty. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dinnerware and a coffee pot, toaster, etc. making it easy to have breakfast and lunch in the room. I would definitely recommend room #318 to anyone visiting Whistler. It is very close to the village, and there is a Starbucks right around the corner. :-) We enjoyed our stay very much.

we found our room to be clean, with a pleasant decor. It was convenient and was within walking distance to the central Whistler core. There wasn't much of a view from the room, but much of our time was spent out of the room, so it wasn't of major importance. Free parking was available, which was especially nice. The service, when requested, from Whistler Superior Properties was very good. We would definately stay again.
