Our rates are based on minimum stay requirements, 2-7 nights depending on season, so for stays of less than the minimum, please add $CDN 200 cleaning fee. Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars. A 5% Canadian HST tax will be charged for arrivals after April 1st 2013. We do not charge any other Hotel tax, cleaning or parking fees. When you check in, you'll have a clean unit and paper supplies. Mid stay touch up clean & restock for stays over 7 nights. Full clean or more frequent linen change or supplies available upon request at a fee of $40hour.
******Damage deposit will be returned by a Canadian check mailed to your home.
****Please Note.....There will be an additional cleaning fee of CDN $200 for departures on Christmas or New Years day.
We have done our homework (!) and offer competitive pricing for this excellent unit. It all boils down to you get what you pay for and we hope that you will think the same after you have stayed at our townhouse. We personally manage this unit to the highest standards and want to ensure that you have the best vacation ever in this great resort.

I came to Whistler for a meeting and brought my young teens. We rented Montebello II for our stay, and it made the trip a smashing success. The town home was recently remodeled with lovely modern features. The great room was wonderful for family time and meals with two plush couches and a chair, a cozy gas fireplace and a big flat screen TV. The dining area had very comfortable chairs and seated 10 comfortably. The master was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked, not only with pots and pans and dishware, but also many of the spices and sauces that cost to much to go out and buy when you are traveling. The two downstairs bedrooms were comfortable with one queen with it's own TV and bath and a full sized bunk with a trundle and play station II that used the hall bath. The entry had room to store gear of all sorts. We had a private hot tub all to ourselves. Free wifi and a desktop computer rounded out the amenities. The rental came with 4 bikes, several sets of roller blades, and many other amenities. The manager was extremely attentive and helped us make the most of our stay. This was a spectacular rental that I'd do again in a heartbeat.
