The Aspens is the ideal ski-in ski-out location on Blackcomb/Whistler. Very good for families!

Peak to Green were not only the cheapest way to rent accommodation but also provided excellent customer service prior to the booking and also during our stay. Very professional customer service delivered in a friendly caring manner. The permanant staff know the mountain intricately & can also suggest the best deals & packages. Highly recomended to anyone wanting to visit Whistler or Blackcomb.

Aspens is a great ski in ski out location, with ski rental in the building! We have stayed in 2 units, they are equally decent. Facing the pool you sometimes get loud "marco polo" games being played late at night, the staff at Aspens are not very helpful since our unit was managed by a neighbouring condo!

Great location, arrangements and facilities, which would be enhanced further with even more attention to detail.

The parking was an issue for the second year in a row. The gate does not open with the tickets that we purchased from the machine. We tried repeatedly to get the gate to open by backing our van up and reentering but to no avail. The gate does open easily with the swipe card we obtained from the desk. The only other area that could use some attention is the garbage/recycling area. The garbage compacter was full and so people were placing their garbage bags all over the floor instead. On a positive note, we found the management staff very helpful and friendly. I ran out of dishwasher soap and it was delivered promptly to our unit which I appreciated very much. Also, staff were very helpful when we made our initial reservation and we were amazed to receive a phone call a day before we were to leave advising us that our unit was empty and therefore we could check in early if we wanted. That was much appreciated! Thank you for looking after us so well.

Good location: convenient to lifts, nice walk to village, away from partying. Unit was not well maintained (dirty carpet, blinds that didn't work). Did not like that the unit was managed by a different company than those operating the front desk.... Had to check in at a different location, no one onsite to get help with unit.

Unfortunately Whistler perhaps has a different rental management setup than other resorts. We do respond as fast or faster than on site personel. All we need is to receive a phone call and our contact information is readily available from the manual on the kitchen counter. I don't recall receiving any phone calls about problems or we would have dealt with them immediately. Barry

Vancouver, BC, CanadaTHe property was much smaller than we were expecting..
Left on 01/27/2010 for a stay in January 2010
probably will look at the size more closely for next time. Also the lack of laundry facilities was surprising. We had stayed at the woodrun the week before and the room for a little less.. was literaly twice the size. on the ground floor next to the pool ( which was actualy heated unlike the aspens pool) thus all the parents in the hottub with their kids... instead of the pool...
my two cents.. -
Dundas, ON, CanadaA little more information would be helpful!
Left on 01/12/2010 for a stay in January 2010
It was unclear as to the amenities that were included in the suite. We assumed that it was more hotel style, with daily cleaning service, and shampoo etc. The bedding(duvets) are made of a very slippery fabric so very impractical as all parties in our group complained they continually slipped off the bed. The base board heater bedind the bed was quite dangerous as my son woke up during the night to a burning smell, the pillow had slipped behind and was heating up.

We loved the convenience of Aspens, so close to everything. The large pool and hot tubs were great with kids. The fact that it is so quiet is very important to us. Thank you.
