Miami Beach, FloridaDisappointing
Left on 04/07/2013 for a stay in March 2013
While most of the front desk staff bent over backwards to be accomodating (especially Cassie and a young man I believe to be named Gary), due to the fact that the property has several companies managing individual units, there is no cohesion and lack general communciation. The common areas are for the most part maintained but extremely dirty, there is black mold growing on the stairs leading from the hot tub to the pool. The hot tub is wonderfully large but poorly located and was not working for most of our stay. The unit we stayed in (312) has a well stocked kitchen and the main bed was comfortable, plenty of towels were a bonus as well. The lighting, televisions, outdoor chairs, blinds, carpet, floor, showers and bed coverings leave a lot to be desired. The location of the property was fantastic, parking had small slots but an abundance of spots. The locker room and ski in/ski out was a very nice feature and althought the pool deck was filthy, the pool was nice and warm. When the hot tub was in working order it was glorious after a full day of skiing, kept at a temperature of 104F. Too many downsides to the property to recommend however.

We were very satisfied with Wildwood Lodge. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The ski-in and out trails were convenient. The room facilities were stocked adequately and the free bus-stop was immediately outside the lodge.

Great stay and just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful side of the upper village, but with proper transport to anything else required.

Victoria, BC, CanadaWe had very nice stay group of 6.
Left on 01/28/2013 for a stay in January 2013
-Location is nice as this room rate.
-Room and public area (hot tub, laundry room) are clean.
-We had some issue.... but, staff was very professionally and quickly helped. Well done!
-Sofa bed in living room was not perfect condition to sleep.
- We felt that living room is a little small for 6 adults.
-We had housekeeping service only once on 5th day for 7 nights stay. We wish to have service at least twice in during stay.
Over all......
We were very happy!!! -

We really enjoyed our 3 day trip to Whistler. Summer is a great time to go and there is so much to do. Our unit at Wildwood was well equipped with everything we needed....including a great pool for the kids!

Bellingham, WABest Timeshare unit I've ever stayed in.
Left on 06/25/2012 for a stay in June 2012
I have never stayed at a timeshare as well-stocked as this one. A washer and dryer in your unit, kitchen appliances that were new and working, stainless steel and teflon pans (not pitted).Salt and pepper, free coffee and tea waiting for you, and kitchen, bathroom and laundry soaps provided, many extra towels and linen stacked in the bathrooms. Free underground parking. We didn't have to call for help a single time. The unit was immaculate, everything worked and the wi-fi in the condo was free and stable . And, they have a land line phone that you can use to call anywhere in the U.S. or Canada - Free. Excellent. The grounds and trails at Whistler are amazing. Miles and miles of paved trails linking everything for bikers and walkers. Ironwood is quiet, with beautiful views of the mountains, and is a short walk from the lively (and noisy) Village. During our week the mountain bikers were reveling in the hundreds of biking trails all over the area, and could take chairs up the mountains to come down on the cultivated biking trails (leaps, curves, jumps - you name it). It was exciting to watch them come down. Also going on, at the Olympic Park, was the Tough Mudder - so the Village was filled with enthusiastic young people who were involved in the most exciting challenge of their lives. Amazing. Last, we went in the "shoulder" season. Two days were cold (fine for hiking), the rest were sunny. Take the Peak-toPeak gondola rides on a sunny, windless day for the best experience. The views from the top were magnificent.

I was surprised that it was an indoor condo but I did enjoy the elevator and security. When I first booked it and looked on the map it did look a lot closer than when we arrived. However,on the first day we found a trail that took you right into Blackcomb within 10 mins. Overall it was a great stay.

A little updating is necessary. Some upgrades to bathrooms, blinds, etc. would go a long way.
