The apartment, although dated in style, was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. Thank-you

Generally, fine. But finishes and furniture straight out of Walmart. Some upgrades here could have made it really super.

Old rotten food in the fridge - the management said it was the owners responsibility because he was the last person in the room - made us wonder if the sheets were clean.. Stay somewhere else

Kind of weird getting to the room with our bags. There were a couple of stairs we couldn't take the rolling cart up so had to pack in our things. Everything else was great! We will know to pick a lower room number next time.

We've rented Wildwood condos in 1996, 2001, 2006, and 2008. We love the location and the pool. The best unit was #115 in 2006. It was clean,, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well equiped. We were just in #216. The kitchen floor had food crumbs and needed to be washed. The duvet cover on the bed was beige and the bed skirt was orange. It was not a good pairing. It looked like the furniture and scarce artwork were taken from a storage area comprised of items taken from different units. On the positive side, the mirrors and windows were clean. There were two windows with moisture between the panes. I understand from conversing with some owners around the pool that it is difficult to hire people to do the small replacement jobs. I cleaned the kitchen floor and the grease splatters on the stove. We will still come again. We're looking forward to seeing the Jacuzzi area after it's renovation has been completed.

I'm a little mystified that I have received email solicitations from you since our return promising significantly higher caliber properties for less money. Was the unavailability of similar properties during our stay an anomaly of that particular week? We didn't expect the Tah Majal, but from the online facts about the room did expect a functioning hot tub. The hot tub is dismantled for some type of remodeling project. We should have had that information before choosing to book. The property is awkward with no easy way to get luggage in and out of the unit. Even with the elevator, there are still lengthy inclined hallways and stairs between the elevator and the rooms preventing the loading of all your luggage on a bellboy type cart for transport. There was loud live music from an adjoining property Saturday night until 1 in the morning. People were making noise in the pool area until 4am the same night. There was no staff present to end that activity or prevent the revelers from throwing the pool furniture into the pool. It was a hassle to have to take the garbage down to the basement ourselves rather than leave it for the maids. The front desk staff was excellent. They're just not there after 5pm or so. It's not their fault they have to manage a disadvantaged property. I've had experiences similar to this at Motel 6 type accomodations. I know for Whistler this is a budget property, but somehow for even $125 before taxes, I expected more. Only the beauty and available recreational opportunities of Whistler made it worthwhile.

Comments have been noted. Security measures have been implemented to try and avoid late night problems with noise. A security company is on call 24 hours a day now. $125 for a fully equiped condo is probably less than most hotel rooms in most north american cities.

I wish the restaurants were closer and better information on how to find a place to eat. Also, water in the hot tub was a little too hot. Manager was very thoughtfull in providing us with some bord games. It was also great that we were given a little sled to use for our young son. Receptionist always greated us with the smile and was helpfull. Thank you

A fabulous place to stay especially during the summer. Quiet with large rooms at a great price. Our friends stayed at the Fairmont and came to visit us at our one bedroom unit. They were stunned at how much better our room was. We had twice as much space as they had and our unit included a living room and full kitchen. They regretted spending much more money than we did and getting much less.

THe original location we booked was just horrible and the staff there were not helpful at all, as well they were very rude. But then we called Peak to Green to fix our problem. The Person helping us was named Andrew, and he was excellent. He fixed our problem and got us a place to stay that was amazing. One of the nicest places i have ever stayed. No complaints. Staff there was very helpful and welcoming. If there is anything I would like to add is just to say Thank You very much Andrew for fixing our vacation.
