SeattleVery nice condo

I knew going into this that the hot tub was inflatable. That being said, it still kinda sucked. Everything else about this condo was top notch. A fantastic and comfortable place to stay.

Fantastic town home. The ski in was great through the trees! Loved the space and I highly recommend for a group of people or a family!

VancouverCustomer Service???
Left on 04/28/2011 for a stay in April 2011
We stayed in Mountain Star number 17. The unit itself was great. A lot of space, nice view, covered deck well layed out corner unit etc.
My issue is with the poor service aloha gave. We booked this place mainly because of the private hottub which i was told was having some issues. I was offered a smaller unit with an inflatable hottub (huh?). We declined this offer due to the size of the unit offer and on the assumption that the tub would be running when we arrived on Thursday evening. I was told to enjoy it that night and check it in the morning, if it was losing heat someone would come take a look at it while we where on the mountain. We showed up and the tub was empty, apparently it died earlier that week. Aloha has been less than helpful in address the situation. I called over the weekend and was told to speak to the manager. I have left her a message and she has yet to get back to me. I called this afternoon and spoke to someone else who basically told me tough luck. They have my money and they are happy, but i am not. I was not asking for a lot, just a small discount seeing as we booked at a price which reflected a hottub and ended up with no tub. Had it been working when we showed up like they said and kicked the bucket over the weekend I would not be angry. I was lead to believe that it would be running at least and could be fixed if things went wrong.
All in all it was a good weekend, the place was nice but the service from aloha was sub-par at best.
We book every year in whistler and will definitely not book with aloha again. You lost return customers for life. -
disappointed but not angry
Kenmore, WABroken Hot Tub
Left on 03/11/2011 for a stay in February 2011
This is a fantastic ski-in location with a short walk to the slopes and very competitively priced for the size of the unit. The kitchen amenities were a little sparse compared to some other units at Whistler but adequate for a large group. We really enjoyed our stay but the hot tub stopped working on the first day. The property management firm had a technician repair it the next day which was great. But then it went out again the next day. Unfortunately the property management firm told us this unit had a history of having a faulty hot tub and they would not be able to repair it...that was completely unacceptable and would have been nice to know up front. However, the property management firm refunded part of the rental fee as compensation for our trouble. But we could have rented several comparable places with a shared hot tub or none at all for a lot less money. So Make sure they have replaced the hot tub before you stay here!

The townhouse is very nice, but lacking in small touches. Only one clock in bedroom downstairs, should be one in every and living area.
No broom to sweep up...there for three days.
Broken crumbly tile in entrance way.
Some of the furniture looked a little tired. Some areas were noticably dusty.
CD player did not work proberly. Should update all electronics for the type of accomodation it is.
