The Bluffs at Taluswood offers a wonderful and cozy slopeside townhome with all the amenities, lots of wood accents and quality construction. Dramatic vaulted ceilings and large windows allow you to enjoy the panoramic mountain views.

Left on 04/15/2010 for a stay in March 2010
Unit was promoted with a communal hot tub for the Bluffs area. Hot tub was "broken", but clearly had been broken for some time with what seemed to be little hope/plans to fix (lots of snow and lack of use for what seemed to be some time!). Very dissappointing.
Unit was promoted as King + Queen. No king bed was in the unit (two Queens).
Dishwasher did not work well at all, virtually requiring full manual washing of all dishes.
Ski-in/Ski-out access to mountain was as joke. SMALL walkway in mud, with less than a foot of space between Fairmont pool fencing and olympic downhill fencing, with no real legitimate pathway. -

My family had a really great time in this chalet/town home. The location was fantastic, only a short walk down the road to the hill. It was a good space for a family of 6. The only thing that was a bit strange were all the family photo on the mantle when we arrived. We took them down right away as it felt really strange having the owners personal photos looking over us like that. I personally don't like feeling like I'm staying in a strangers home.
