Everything was great. Would have been nice had there been at least some basic spices like salt and pepper. But would definitely rent again!

Excellent. Very well equipped. Really comfortable beds and nice and warm everywhere. Fantastic time overall. Sockets in bathrooms stopped working though. Easy to catch bus. Quite expensive over Christmas.

Left on 02/12/2012 for a stay in February 2012
Very attracive and comfortable condo. Good location with easy access to the shuttle. We were a group of 3 skiers and each of us was very satisfied. The only drawback of the stay was that portions of the walkway were difficult to walk on due to ice.

Staines, Middx, United KingdomA great stay in Whistler
Left on 02/06/2012 for a stay in February 2012
We have just returned froma great stay in Whistler. The property was of a great condition and the service from Whistler Platinum was fantastic - very helpful in finding the right place and making the whole booking experience from the UK simple and easy. They also ensured we had ski passes on arrival and helped book a hire car etc. We were 4 adults and 2 young children (21mths and 2.5yrs) and this property worked well for us - plenty of space and excellant condition. We read some reviews where people complained about the beds being hard - they didnt seem too bad to us, but we prefer firm beds. We had a nanny for the kids who stayed indoors a couple of days but they still had space to play etc. The hot tub is a bit of a walk from the property and not very big - we didnt use it. The only other minor negative was that the entrance hall is a little small for 4 adult ski kits to store and dry etc. We used the free bus service which stops at the end of the road to get to the slopes each day (takes less than 5mins) - they run pretty reguarly but dont seem to follow much of a pattern\ timetable. Overall we had a fantastic stay, Whistler Platinum were great and I would recommend them - the holiday lived up to the promise.

Wonderful stay, beautiful house in great location. Only thing I would say is the master bed is very firm (others may like that, but not for me!)

The service from Whistler Platinum was professional from my first enquiry. I received very helpful guidance in choosing the best accommodation in Whistler for my family. Once the accommodation was booked they were very helpful in booking lift passes, ski equipment and private transfer from Vancouver to the resort. When we arrived at the house I found the fridge stocked with the food I had ordered. It was lovely to be able to put down our cases and make a cup of tea. The house was clean and of a very high standard. In the kitchen we found every appliance we could possibley require and cooking in the house was very easy. The toiletries supplied were unexpected and theclean and change of linen mid stay was appreciated. Whistler Platinum provide a professional, quality service and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to have a relaxed stay in whistler

Mount Vernon, WashingtonBe ready to pack your stuff in
Left on 02/28/2011 for a stay in February 2011
This condo is a short distance from the Upper Village, across the street from the free bus service. The biggest downfall to this place is parking. It is not conducive to large vehicles with ski racks on top. I called and specifically asked about parking and was told there was one underground reserved spot, and other first-come, first-serve spots. They didn't mention that those spots are also underground. You arrive at the condos and go down a short driveway to a dead end. You either have to go into the garage on the left or the right. But if you're car doesn't fit, you're in a pickle! There was no mention anywhere that you have to pack all your stuff in. There are no carts, no sleds, nothing to assist you in this endeavor. With a large family, that's a lot of packing! We had to take our skis out of our skybox, pack those in, and then take the skybox off the car to be able to park in the garage. There is no other parking available, unless you want to park down in the village. I found the parking situation to be this condo's biggest drawback, that and the really hard beds. After a hard day skiing, do you really want to sleep on a plywood bed? Another bummer was the hottub. It is a hike to the tub from this unit, and there is only one small hottub for 40-something units. They really need to add a couple more. Other than that, the condo is very nice. They have upgraded the tv's to flat screens, the views out the living room are beautiful, the couch and chairs comfy. Plenty of seating at the dining room table. The kitchen is small, but does have everything you need. We loved the heated floors in the kitchen and all the bathrooms! I would recommend this unit, it is in a great location, and the bus service is your best friend. Easy to get to the lifts, and the villages. Just go prepared for some sherpa action, and you'll be fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at #38 Blackcomb Greens and found it very well equiped and in excellent condition. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it. The only negative point I would make is that it's a shame that no basic food essentials are left for arrival which I think is unusual.

Left on 01/16/2011 for a stay in December 2010
We have three adult sons ( 26,24,20 ) and wanted to have a family holiday overseas with the boys before being in careers where it makes it harder to get together all at once. They opted to go to Whistler and I have always wanted a white Christmas. I found Whistler Platinum on the net and explored a few options. We settled on Blackcomb Greens #38 and had a wonderful holiday. The accomadation suited us perfectly. The kitchen was certainly stocked with plenty of cookware items, wine glasses ( enough for friends to join us for a drink ),plates etc. I liked the Aveda products in the bathroom. The fire place was great. The bus stop for the shuttle bus was right across the road, very accessable. The boys also enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. And being Aussies we used the BBQ which had been left spotless. We had a great time and I would certainly recommend Blackcomb Green #38 and Whistler Platinum, who also helped with our tickets to see a Cannuck ice hockey game in Vancouver.
Thankyou a holiday for us all to remember. -

It would have been good to know the there were a number of stairs at the entry to the unit as we were staying with a couple of seniors who have some trouble with stairs. Also, I was surprised that there was so little in the kitchen in the way of food basics - not even salt & pepper. Otherwise, a very nice place - clean and well located.
