This three bedroom, two bathroom, two level townhome was renovated and newly furnished in the summer of 2010 and offers spacious comfort for families and friends. It is located alongside the first fairway of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, and is only steps to the free shuttle that takes you to the base of Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Village. The home features majestic views of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and surrounding mountains.
The main living area is open concept and features comfortable furnishings, presto log fireplace, vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV and sliding door ac...cess to the balcony with its scenic views. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar. It overlooks the dining area that seats eight comfortably.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The spacious master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a split king bed, oversized closets, work area and a private balcony. The master ensuite offers heated floors and towel racks, a separate deep soaking bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. The two guest bedrooms on the main floor each feature two twin beds and share an adjacent modern bathroom with a spacious glass-enclosed shower.
This property has underground parking for one vehicle, in-suite laundry and complimentary wireless internet.
Condo was as pictured with view of golf course and conveniently located near shops of Upper Village but not in the thick of it. We rented bikes just across the street at the Four Seasons. The condo itself could use some upgrades. We had multiple maintenance problems during our stay (leaking toilet, exploding shower head that was replaced, and a dryer with not enough heat to dry clothes). All were fixed by the next day by Platinum. I would also recommend a serious upgrade of the pots in the kitchen. Fine for someone who only wants to make pasta on vacation but that's about it. Need better quality and more. Plates, cups, utensils were fine. Nice supply of books and movies for those rainy days.
Note that this condo does NOT have a hot tub or an outdoor BBQ. Other units in the condo had BBQs on their patio so they are allowed but this unit doesn't have one. Would be a nice upgrade.
I would recommend this unit to someone who wants to be within walking distance to restaurants and activities in Upper Village. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main Village so not realistic to walk each time for our family.
The apartment was exactly as we expected from the listing,modern,spacious well appointed and very comfortable.Its an easy 15min warm up walk to the Blackcomb lifts and the free shuttle to Whistler stops almost at the door.The reservations team were very helpful and arranged all our passes rentals and lessons and made it a breeze to get started skiing and checking in and out was so easy. Thankyou Whistler Platinum for helping to make our winter holiday an awesome memory.
We were pleasantly surprised to see how well kept this unit was! Very clean and updated with heated floors. Very comfortable and cozy for a family of 4. Only thing was that you could hear neighbours through the walls sometimes. Overall we had a great stay.
Very nice and spacious appartment.
Only negative point is the skibus service to the lift. According to the schedule the bus should run every 10 to 15 minutes, but during the week we were in Whistler (last week of Jan) we often waited for more than 15 min.

Erin @ Whistler Platinum assisted on booking the best location for me based on my criteria... the Alpine Greens location exceeded all expectations. Very clean, well furnished, nice upgrades and a great location. Each time I return to Whistler I will go thru Whistler Platinum. Thank you so much vacation was perfect thanks to you!
The whole experience was perfect, the Christmas tree was decorated, the Christmas dinner was delivered, the apartment was just what we needed and were lead to expect. The service and back up was complete and Heather pre-organised everything including our activities fantastically.
I would recommend this to anyone, and indeed have already done so.

Nice remodel. Not for the elderly, disabled or those with small children as there are no elevators and a fair amount of stairs.
Kitchen could use new flatware, coffee maker and nonstick pans(non-stick surface is worn off -not good). These seems left over from the pre-remodel days and seem out of place in this otherwise very nice unit.
There are so many good things to say about this property that someone might not believe this post is genuine - but it is. Having grown up in Seattle, i've been traveling to Whistler for over 20 years and have stayed just about everywhere. This year we were on a tighter budget so decided to look at properties not directly in the village. This is a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are all very comfortable and the property had all the amenities you could imagine. We would definitely stay here again and you'd be silly not to. Happy vacationing to all!

We had a wonderful holiday. The service from Whistler Platinum before we got to Whistler and while we were there was awesome. We have stayed in many similar properties all over the world but the whole experience with Whistler Platinum was the best.
Lovely place to stay and would go back again - having two children it felt very homely and great having washing facilities as well. We had to stay another 3 nights as our flight was cancelled and staff were very helpful in accomodating us. Only thing I would have liked is an unlimited supply of logs for fire. Also towel rails in bathrooms overheated and scorched towels of which we reported.
Overall very pleasant place to stay with modern bathrooms (unlike other properties we looked at). Would definitely stay again.
