We had a wonderful time. The place was super clean and nice and would rent again without reservation. The people at aloha are friendly and helpful and even had lovely flowers on the counter when we arrived. Thanks so much.

We had the most amazing time at Pinnacle Ridge #32. This was a gorgeous home, with luxury details and just steps away from the slopes. The house was perfect for us to be able to have quality family time with a spacious family room, kitchen and outdoor jacuzzi. The best part of the trip was the staff at aloha, Cassie made all of our dinner reservations and attended to every detail including airport transportation, Heli skiing, New Years Eve festivities, rentals, groceries... the list goes on but I did not have to worry about a thing. Every detail was perfectly planned. We have high expectations when we travel, usually staying at the Four Seasons wherever we go but we wanted to have large common areas and lots of space but I worried we would not have the attention to detail and the concierge service that we have grown to love from a Four Seasons. This was truly better. I cannot say more about the service and the staff. Deb was so helpful and Cindy even sent us a surprise, to die for dessert at our last dinner. A true luxury trip!

This is the nicest accommodation that we have stayed at in Whistler and we have been going for about 10 years. You pay a little more but you definitely get what you pay for. Well appointed and just a short walk to the ski out. If you dont know the mountain well it is hard to ski out (but thats the case anywhere on the mountain).
Some friends and I rented this house for a week in Summer 2013 whilst riding the Bike Park. The house is very clean and modern with everything you need in a location that is somewhat away from the noise of the village but also close so that it's easy to get to the lifts each day. All the rooms are a decent size and the bathrooms are all to a high standard. It was also nice to know that the spa had been serviced before we arrived. Linda, our rep from aloha accommodations was very professional, checked in with us after we arrived and answered any queries promptly. Would definitely stay in this house again when next in Whistler.

What a beautiful home. There were 11 of us including three small children which is why we rented a home instead of a hotel. Great to be able to fix breakfast and dinner on our schedule. Loads of room, plenty of beds and private space, if needed. Luxuriously furnished, every amenity you can think of including heated floors, hot tub, heated outdoor space, two washers and two dryers, and tastefully appointed. Ten yard walk to the ski run. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, plus two powder room, one with the coolest, motion sensitive light under the alabaster sink. Furnishings were new, clean and comfortable. Beds were divine. Great linens, btw. There were also steam showers in the two upstairs "masters", one with a fireplace. Our deepest thanks to the representative from aloha Whistler who came by to pick up garbage (diapers and beer bottles...we had an eclectic group), and made sure we were satisfied. If you're leaving your own home, this is the home away from home. Enjoy.

The location was outstanding and the place was beautiful however...it said sleeps 10 (questionable - unless with small children), the loft sleeping was awkward, there was not enough hot water for 10 people ever, the table in the kitchen did not seat 10 either. This place is really much better suited for 8 people or less.

We really enjoyed this rental, and it was 10 steps to mountain. The unit was beautiful, and the staff at aloha whistler where fantastic, friendly, and totally responsive immediately to any request before, and during our stay.
We liked everything, and amenities were fantastic.
We 110% recommend aloha whistler and this property.
