Pros include the amazing location closer to lower Whistler village that gives great access to IGA for shopping and smaller/unique restaurants. Two adults/two children slept very comfortably, and kitchen is fully functional. Ideal for parents with two small children and affordability a plus. Having a personal hottub is great too. Small cons are that the chlorine is at peak level in the hot tub (if the jets are on expect some coughing). Further, it's very functional (aka minus luxury). Can also run a bit on the dark side during daytime (but it was VERY quiet and perfect for sleep at nite considering other revelers). Management very professional and quick with responses. As a whole a good experience!

Bellevue, WA, United StatesGreat 2 Br Condo Conveniently Located
Left on 01/05/2013 for a stay in January 2013
Pros:
- Checking in/out was a breeze
- #4 Bus right across the street takes you directly to Whistler Gondola
- Marketplace right across the street makes grocery shopping a 2 min walk
- 2nd floor hot tub feels very private
Cons:
- Place is smaller than it looks in the photos
- Walls are thin, neighbors complained about noise even though we didn't have the TV on or any music blasting
Summary:
- Overall a great place to stay for a Whistler trip -

v, b, CanadaAll in All a great rental
Left on 12/05/2012 for a stay in December 2012
I found the location perfect and easy walking access to the Whistler Village Stroll. The property was quite and well maintained. The only downside was the can didnt work at all and trying to open our coffee can first thing in the morning without success can prove to be frustrating x 10. Another suggestion is maybe have guest robes or larger towels for the private hottub. Thank you and we all truly had a great time at your rental and would love to stay again.

Glacier Reach is a very nice complex and a great location. We have stayed in 4 different vacation rental homes and this was our least favorite. We found the fridge very noisy at times. Sounds like it is on it's way out and the beds were not as comfortable as the other 3 rentals we have stayed in. Trevor is great to deal with and would stay again in another rental. We would like to see a picture of where the rentals are located in the complex on the website.

The experience was good and the hot tub was fantastic. The TV worked great with the PS3 and watching football. The only problem was the door kept on not unlocking fully making it difficult for us to open it at times.

Three of us stayed at Glaciers Reach condo at WHistler village. Very easy to locate. Ski passes ordered were not inside the apartment but once contacting the owner by phone located them easily enough.
Very clean apartment with hot tub which was great after extensive skiing.
recommendation for ski rental, though not the cheapest was very good and we were able to leave our gear their overnight with just a 5 mins walk to the lifts.
I had the double room with en-suite which was excellent, my friends a twin which was fine though they said it was terribly hot despite having the thermostat turned down. TV and lounge area/kitchen were good and spacious. No need for us to use the sofa bed as we were under occupied.
A modern electric kettle would be a recommendation.
Overall a terrific place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. -
San Diego, CA, United StatesPrice to value ratio very positive
Left on 02/08/2012 for a stay in February 2012
First off, the price of the unit far exceeds anything else, it is a steal for a walking distance condo to the lifts. (About 10-15 minutes to lift through the village walking paths)
The unit is nicely appointed, nice 40" flat panel TV, leather couch and chairs, wood floors. Kitchen is a bit small - if you are in to cooking a lot this may not be the ideal setup for you. We made one dinner and a few other meals and it was OK but I would not make a lot of dinners for a big group in this kitchen. Does not have a lot of cooking utensils or any condiments. It has the basic necessities of plates, cups, etc.
The main bedroom is good size, the second bedroom is very small with two twin beds jammed together. We had 2 grown men in there and it was a bit too cozy for comfort. If you have kids or want to put the beds together it would be fine. But two grownups, not so much.
The jacuzzi is nice to have as a private one, although it is a 2 man unit and we could not get it super hot sometimes, and could not get the jets on other times. None the less it was great to have a private jacuzzi.
All in all a great value and we would stay here again for the price. We recommend the unit to others. -

It was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay after all the exams and stress of university. The place was great and just a short bus to the hill but across the street from the grocery store. The girls are already asking about doing it again next year!!

The Glaciers Reach buildings are in an area that's very convenient for the bus shuttle system, walking to the Village and buying groceries and liquor.
I have only stayed in maybe 4 or 5 different units over the years, but they have all been dark and cramped. If affordability is your top concern, and if you plan on sliding and partying most of the time anyway then you won't mind spending time in these units.
I'm giving 2 stars for the unit's general condition. Kitchen lightbulbs were out, a smoke detector was missing and the shower faucets were loose. When we asked for the hot tub temp to be lowered, it then went too low. On the plus side, the place was very clean. -

The place was great, walking distance to everything. The only thing missing is some board games, for those rainy days/night. We would definitley stay there again.
