The location of the condo is brilliant and there were 3 of us staying which was not too crowded. The general cleanliness was disappointing and the quality of the linens is poor as they are in need of replacing. The company however was very helpful during booking and during our stay with any questions. They could be a bit proactive though in providing some written instructions on how to use the facilities - i.e. hot tub access, garbage disposal, etc.

We stayed at this rental between Christmas and New Years, and it was absolutely great. The Glacier's Reach complex is across the street from the Village and definitely within walking distance to the lifts. The unit was very clean and had recent upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom. Parking is very convient (reserved space underground) and the management company was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had.

Unfortunately, Whistler is a busy place at times like Crankworx, new years, and other popular times. It is the same in all resorts. We do have other complexes that are probably not quite as noisy, or which do not attract the noisy crowd. For example, our Wildwood Lodge generally has more familiies staying, but it can get a bit noisy

Good property and location. Needed to call for apartment # when arriving at property. Parking signs need to be clearer on how to enter parking lot.

The layout was very refreshing to a regular hotel stay. Unit spread out over three half levels.
