Seattle, WA, United StatesGreat Location and Value in Whistler Village
Left on 04/09/2013 for a stay in April 2013
Our family of four enjoyed our stay in 103 Glaciers Reach very much. The unit was modern, spotless, and well-appointed. Free underground parking. Easy to catch the free shuttle (Whistler #4 bus) just across the street to the ski lifts. On the quiet outer edge of the village, yet an easy walk to anywhere within the village. Loved the private hot tub. The unit is vertical (3 levels) so it could be challenging if you struggle with stairs - this was not a problem for us. The owner was also very responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely time and the property/rental was managed wonderfully. Location was prefect for all the hiking, biking, playground at the village for our son. The townhouse was extremely comfortable. The only issues were the hot tub was not very warm, and the fireplace did not work. Other than those two items we enjoyed our stay and we would come back.

Left on 08/14/2012 for a stay in August 2012
My husband & I decided to take our two teenage daughters for a four night stay in Whistler this summer. It was a great relaxing mini vacation that was only 3 hour drive away from home.
We were extremely happy with our accommodation. The kitchen was fully equipted, plenty of towels were supplied, A/C in bdrms was appreciated, a Playstation for the whole family's enjoyment & best of all we all enjoyed relaxing in the private hot tub on our deck.
The swimming pool was a bit small but the resort wasn't busy so we didn't have any problems with it being overly crowded. I would however recommend that the resort supply more lounge chairs for sunbathing (2 was not enough for the whole resort).
The resort location was very convenient. Alta lake is only a 5 minute drive & The Market's just across the street, which made for some great evening strolls.
Overall, we had a great time. We will definately recommend to our friends and return ourselves for more enjoyment.
Thanks! -

The property was actually better than the description! Trevor (the agent) is very attentive. The location is across the street from the Marketplace. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked all our meals and the only implement that wasn't supplied was a cheese grater. Everything worked from the hot tub to the master bath shower. Nice cable TV / gaming system. During the ski season we like to ski out the door but off season this will be our first choice.

This is our third trip to Whistler for our sons hockey tournament. The first year we stayed in a hotel, the second in a rental condo. This year we took more time searching for a rental condo to meet all of our needs and were thrilled to find this one! It had all the amenities and space we were searching for just minutes from the main village! The kids enjoyed the pool on location and the hot tub on the deck. We enjoyed the fact that it was a short walk to the village and quick route to the arena!
Thank-you for providing us this amazing location! -

The management team is awesome! They accomodated the needs of my family promptly and everything was in order when we arrived. It was awesome to have a hot tub right on our deck. We loved the location. It was close to all the amenities of the village but in a quiet complex. We look forward to staying again.

We had a beautiful stay in Whistler. GR108 was great. The unit was very clean and comfortable.
Great location, easy to walk to everything in the village.
The only thing that I would suggest is having a map to show where the unit is within the complex as it was a bit difficult to find at night when it was snowing, after being dropped off by the bus.Response from Allseason Vacation Rentals Inc. - 01/31/2012

Our Glacier's Reach condo was perfect for our family of four. It is in a great location -- close to the village. We had a good time. Our only disappointment was that the ski lifts weren't operating yet and we didn't get to experience the Peak-to-Peak gondola as we had planned. The accommodation advertises "50% off lift tickets" and perhaps it should be noted that the lifts may not be open.

Coquitlam, BC, CanadaGreat Property but overly strict security
Left on 08/16/2011 for a stay in August 2011
I recently rented two townhomes from Trevor (unit 61 and 103). The complex is very beautiful, the location was great and the price was unbeatable. I found everyone that I dealt with during the booking process to be very professional and accommodating.
One townhome had an old pale of ice cream in the fridge... not a huge deal as I just threw it out when I saw it. My only complaint is with the security. I understand security is a good thing but this guy was over the top and after speaking with him several
times I can confidently say that I highly doubt he could handle a conflict if it arose. One night there were 4 of us sitting on the porch around 11:30pm basically whispering as it was very quiet outside and we did not want to disturb anyone. Within about 10
mins of sitting there we had the young security guard flashing his light at us telling us we are being too loud and we have to go inside. I challenged him as I thought we were being very quiet and asked him if he had received a complaint about us in which
he responded no but he could hear us and if we don’t be quiet he will get fired. I then said it was a beautiful night and we would like to utilize the patio we are paying for and since we are being very quiet I do not think it should be a problem. The security
guard was getting agitated with us and kept saying we were going to get him fired. After about 5 mins of this he left. The next night we were sitting inside playing a board game, laughing and joking around but apparently this was unacceptable to him as he
rang our door bell and said we were being too loud again. I stepped outside after he left and honestly could not hear much of anything... maybe a laugh here and there but nothing that could be considered disruptive. You are also not able to use the hot tub
on the patio after 11pm which I thought was ridiculous. If the security situation changed at this complex I would be more than happy to stay there again; however, I do -

Manager was very responsive. On the first night we had an issue with the wireless internet, and the manager immediately called back to fix the problem. On the second night the hot tub broke down and the manager immediately sent over repairmen - after hours - to fix the problem and the hot tub was back up and running within a couple hours. All was good! Great stay.

Left on 11/23/2010 for a stay in November 2010
We went up for our anniversary and paid extra for a place at Glaciers Reahc with a private hot tub, double of what other fancier hotels were charging just so we could have the private hot tub. The hot tub didnt work properly the entire time we were there And were only able to use it for 20 mins before it was cold again. We called the management and left messages which were never returned, and contacted the hot tub company they use as well, and I also emailed the management upon returning home, an email which was never replied to. They obviously dont seem to care about there guest once they get there money since through out our stay we had no help on this issue.
This was our second time staying there, the first time the hot tub smelt so bad we could barely go in. We gave it a second chance and are not happy at all. We will not be staying here again and have told all of our friends to not go.
We go to whistler a few times a year and have never had an issue other than with Glaciers Reach.Response from Allseason Vacation Rentals Inc. - 12/16/2010

I am sorry that you had a poor experience with your homes hot tub. Unfortunately things do happen and in this case your hot tub had some serious electrical issues that were resolved but not within your 48 hour stay with us. I do rember talking to you several times and our hot tub company was working on your tub three times during your stay and I even gave a bit of compensation after your stay. For these reason I am a little surprised by your comments. We do care about our guests and I believe that our actions and our other guest reviews reflect this. Trevor was awesome getting things set up for us. We loved the condo so much when we arrived that we recomended it to our fiends immediately and they drove up and booked one for a few days as well just after we arrived. Everything we needed was there and the unit was spotless. Could not have asked for a better location. We did not even need to have a car as everything was so close to walk to. We can't wait to come back next year. We have already told many other friends as well. Thanks so much for an awesome honeymoon.

The accommodation at Glaciers Reach was fantastic. It was nice to have the physical location exceed our expectations based on the pictures on the web. Glaciers Reach is located close to Whistler village which allowed us to park our vehicle for the whole time we were in Whistler. Everything necessary was within easy walking distance. The only concern that we had, and something that visitors should be aware of, is the size of the available parking stalls. For this trip we drove our full size pickup and the parking stall just barely accommodated this vehicle (length and width). If another car had parked next to us I’m not sure I would have been able to get my truck out of the parking space.

Clean well cared for 2nd & 3rd floor unit. Buildings are about 12 years old and show the normal aging. This is the second time we have stayed in Glaciers Reach. Excellent location in the north village just across the road from the Marketplace and Whistler Village. All of the necessary items, even laundry soap, was provided. Only issue was resolved within one of hour of my call. Good view from the hot tub of the setting sun over the mountains. Normally you will not need them but the two AC units in the upstairs bedrooms will cool the entire unit. If you have a problem with stairs this probably is not a unit for you

- Very comfortable arrangement for a family.
- The unit was nice and clean.
- Grateful there were lots of towels.
- Loved the home-made visitor information binder with its personal touches and candid opinions!
Opportunities for improvement:
- Biggest possible improvement: draperies on the bedroom window. We had difficulty sleeping with the early-morning light streaming in through the aluminum blinds. (June sunrise)
- The hot tub contained black floaties which surfaced when we entered and stirred up the water. The hot tub water smelled of algae.
