We had the pleasure of staying in unit 41 at Glacier's Reach and our stay was perfect. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. It was my 40th Birthday and I really wanted to relax and enjoy my time spent in Whistler and I can truly say that our accommodations delivered just that. The huge deck with private hot tub was an ideal place to relax. I would recommend this place to stay to anyone who wants the best.

We were six guys from Bavaria. We were two weeks in february 2013 at Whistler! The Apartment was ok. The Hot Tube was great! If we had a Problem, Trevor was always helpful!
The Skiarea is very big, the Girls are so beautiful, and canadians are all so friendly! We will come back to Whistler one time!

The place was ok. Looks better in photos than in reality. Feels like an old apartment instead of a new condo. I work at a hospital and am a little OCD, this place was not clean. Picked up and tidy, yes. Clean, no. We had a problem with the cheap door in one of the bathroom which Trevor responded to relatively promptly. If you have low expectations, this will be perfect for you. btw/ if you're expecting a PS3 in the room, double check. We were informed once we arrived, that "A nice unit like this one doesn't need a PS3."

This was an adorable 2 bedroom condo. It's located a short walk from the village and accessible by the free shuttle to the slopes. We chose to walk the 20 min through the village to the slopes though. The bathrooms are updated and very clean. The downstairs tub is a whirlpool and the top has a soaking tub. The kitchen was very clean and came well-stocked. The bonus was the private hot tub outside the upstairs deck. It added to a wonderful end to a busy day on the slopes!

The condo was perfect for our 5 day get away. It had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and the view from the top deck was amazing! Location, location, location!! We parked our truck on arrival and did not use it again until we left. Overall the condo was perfect, clean and equipped with everything we could have needed. It is great for two couples. Just a few minor issues on the flip side - the condo could use better shower heads - leaky faucets could use some attention - condition of the condo could use some TLC. Thank you Trevor - we had a wonderful time and I would recommend your rental.

The sofa bed is really unconfortable I think it needs to be replaced. The coffe maker is also really old and dirty but overall the unit was clean and well maintained. The only way i would stay at this unit is if the soda bed gets replaced.

After having a month to let our experience sink in I figure it is time to comment on our fantastic accommodations at Glaciers Reach. What a gem; more than enough space for four guys to feel at home. Three patios, one being a huge 20x15 upper deck that there is no picture of online. It easily is the largest one in the complex. Great location, only a ten minute walk to the village and all the amenities nearby. Well stocked kitchen with whatever we needed to prepare our meals. Wholeheartedly recommended.

just a short walk to the village, near a market. Living room furniture wasn't much but hot-tub and view from huge deck made up for it! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes. We stayed in the summer - lovely hikes on the Blackcomb side!

We love this unit. Although the living space is small, it feels quite large. The large deck on the 3rd floor has a beautiful/private view of both mountains and the peak to peak gondola. It is partially covered and we were able to enjoy the views even in the rain. I would not recommend this unit for a family with small children because one bedroom is on the top floor while the other is on the main floor. It is a perfect retreat for two couples or a family with teens.

While browsing the internet, looking for a condo in Whistler, which I have never done before, I was lucky to happen upon Trevor at Glaciers Reach. I told him we were parents with 2 teenage girls and he said he had just the right unit for us. He was bang on. The girls had basically their own private area, including bathroom(yeah!)and only came out for food.Oh and the hot tub, which was without a doubt the best and most private in the complex. We parked our car at the start of our 5 night stay and moved it only once and that was to go to the lake. Sooo close to everything we needed.The complex is not fancy, but for our needs and budget, it was perfect.Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, T.P. and soap and most important, very very clean.I had the chance to chat with the 2 ladies who clean this unit and they were very friendly and clearly proud of the job they do. Kudos to them!I recommend the rental of this unit and will happily rent it again myself. Thanks Trevor!

The only thing that would have improved our stay was if we could have stayed longer. We loved the condo & the space & privacy the four of us had, we particularly appreciated the top floor location of the hot tub for extra privacy. The location was fantastic! We parked the car for the week, we only had to bring it out for one activity. Everything was so close & convenient. We walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend Glacier's Reach & I would not hesitate to rent it again ourselves.

This palce is perfect for as it is super close to the village, waling trails and is situated at the back part of teh property so it was perfect cause we wanted to have a quieter place to relax. The hottub was a very nice way to begin and end each day.

The deck with the hot tub has the most beautiful view of both mountains, and the deck is massive. I would suggest having a BBQ on this deck. I had 6 people stay here, so the 2.5 bathrooms were very helpful. I would highly recommend this suite to anyone. I will definitely be coming back

We stayed at Unit 41 Glacier's Reach and the minute we walked in we noticed how clean the unit was. The bathrooms were spotless and the view of Blackcomb and Whistler mountain from the veranda was beautiful. It was conveniently located and did I mention CLEAN ;-) I called Trevor about the hot tub needing to be reset and he walked me through it over the phone. He was courteous and professional and the hot tub issue was resolved in minutes.
Another couple stayed with us and Trevor sent someone out the day that we arrived to put the twin beds together to make a king size bed. All in all...Great experience and great place to stay! I would highly recommend to a friend (or anyone at that matter) I would stay here again in a heartbeat. -

It was an amazing stay. Check-in was seamless. The apartment was fantastic. Everything that u see on the website was provided. Great size as we had two teenage children and room to spread out. The hot tub on the 3rd level deck was amazing. Sitting in a hot tub with snow all around and that view was hard to beat. The position is perfect. The Marketplace is the best place to shop for supplies. It has everything. The unit supplies everything except food and matches. We started our family holiday here for a week and had a fantastic stay with heaps of snow and we will be back soon.

We had a great week in Whistler visiting our daughter who is working there for the season. The apartment was great, only two little grumbles one was the lack of outside lighting on the steps. It was very dark and difficult to see where the steps where. On arrival after travelling for 20hrs we found it difficult to find which apartment was ours.Perhaps a map showing the lay out of Glaciers Reach might be useful. We were lucky and had a very friendly taxi driver who helped us. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks to Trevor and his team

If you are considering a condo from these guys it's because your used to nice size mountain condos with decent amenities, but you don't want to spend the fortune it would cost to stay closer to the base of the mountain. Well this served its purpose perfectly. Everything was as described, and the walk to the mountain wasn't bad at all. Especially if you get a locker at the base of the mountain which makes the daily commute much easier. Overall, I recommend this place. The owner is helpful and has by far the most reasonable prices. Also, he lives a very personal handbook with his own recommendations on where to eat/ski/party in Whistler- which I though was a really nice touch. I will definitely stay here again.

The condo was generally nice although the cleaning was a big issue. On our first day,before using any of the dishes we had to wash them as we found food on them :s.
Also, I was aware that we couldn't go into the hot tub after 11. We went on the balcony to have a smoke and were talking. At 11:20 the security showed up and gave us our first warning for talking too loud. 2nd warning and you get a ticket of $150. Who knows who the neighbors were but that really put a damper on our mood especially because it was our first night!! We tried to keep our voices down but some of us have loud voices so it was a little difficult!
Other then that, we had a great time =)

I do read, reflect and act upon all of the reviews from our guests. What caught my attention with this review was the abnormally low ratting on cleaning. You can see from hundreds of other reviews that we consistently get high rankings for cleaning. This particular guest arrived two days after a significant amount of work had been completed on the deck membranes. The contractors did a good job putting the home back together and me and my staff came in after them do complete the job, obviously we did not do a good enough job and I do apologize for that. First of all I would like to say thanks to Trevor the owner and property manager for our wonderful three nights in your beautiful place. We had originally booked a one bedroom place, and when we arrived to check in it was undergoing some repairs and Trevor gave us an upgrade to a better place at no additional charge.. You rock Trevor and we would have been happy with the room we had first booked I am sure.. #41 has some spectacular views any time of day - wow! We will be back to stay in the Glaciers Reach again when time allows and we enjoyed every moment of our stay in Whistler Village.. Thanks again to everyone involved and we look forward to another trip to beautiful British Columbia. See you again..

We had a wonderful stay at Glaciers Reach through Whistler Vacations. We appreciate the convenience of proximity to the Village (walking distance). The unit was awesome with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large deck with hot tub, in suite laundry, and well stocked kitchen and supplies. The Property Manager was very accommodating. Excellent value for the cost. We definitely recommend it to our friends and will be back again!

It can be very uneasy at times putting your familiy's vacation in the hands of the internet and relying on pictures and past reviews. This is a nice place to stay and we found it to be a good value for the money. The property was set up as we asked and fit our families needs well. My daughters stayed in the first floor bedroom- ( Ages 8 and 10). My son 13, stayed on the pull out couch. My wife and I stayed in the upstairs bedroom. The condition of the property was good and had all of the things we needed to cook a few meals in -- and go out for some too. Whenever we visit Whistler in the summer we make it a point to not use the car once we unload.
The location made this very easy- a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. and very close to the village stroll. We started our day of biking right outside the condo and headed to lost lake. THe best part as you have most likely read is the hot tub on the top deck... The deck is huge and the view looking toward both mountains is beautiful- great view of the Peak 2 Peak as well. The site has a small pool which the kids liked but we always found time for our own soak at the condo. The condo is set toward the back of the village which gave it a bit of privacy, especially when using the spa. Very comfortable place with plenty of room, nice gas fireplace and private hot tub for soaking after some great skiing.

Are homes are what is called "remote access" this means that our guests have instructions of how to find and get into the homes. Everyone has my toll free cell number in case of any difficulties.

We stayed in unit 41 at Glacier's Reach for our snowboarding trip and it was no less than perfect! The condo was large with plenty of space and the hot tub on the third floor patio was perfect after a long day on the slopes. The location was also very close to the market place and only a short walk to the blackcomb and whistler lifts. We would definitely stay here again!

unit was nice a bit dated,clean with all the required ammenities. the only complaint was noise.the parking lot across the street was used to store snow from recent heavy snowfall.they worked on removing snow every morning starting at 5am. scrapping the pavement and dumping into large trucks.this carried on for 3 or 4 hrs every morning.there was no way anyone close to this would sleep through it. i suspect this doesnt happen all the time and was required due to recent heavy snow. i am an early morning person but this was a bit much. they did take a break new years morning.

We were very happy with what we saw on-line and very pleased it was what we were expecting and more. The view was spectacular when we had a few clear days. The market was very close with everything you would need. We did not use the shuttle bus but is nearby if skiing everyday. Do not need your car in town very easy to get around by foot. Loved having the extra washroom on ground level also very good for bath lovers with 2 tubs and one glass shower stall not to mention private hot tub on 3rd level and 3rd balcony!!!with each balcony having a beautiful view of mountains or forest not another townhouse. Overall very satisfied would love to come back every Christmas if possible. Manual in family room magazine stand helpful and Christmas lights around fireplace very thoughtful and festive for the Christmas away from home. Thank-you, Trevor

Always love to stay in Whistler! We've always chosen to stay at Glacier Reach because it's affordable but also because it's top notch. We like that the arrangements can be made on line, so when we arrive at Glacier Reach, it feels like it's our place. The units are awesome, spacious, clean, well put together, and love the hot tub!

Unit 41 is not in good shape. There are wall patches everywhere, the upper loft area that you view when walking down the stairs has drink stains all over it, the blinds are busted and worn. The place is in very poor condition compared to our place last time and the places our friends stayed in within the complex. I think that a complete reno or take the place of the rental market would be a wise idea. Overall Whistler is a great place to stay, we love it. The only downside is the noise at night at Glaciers Reach. The fridge door kept openning by itself and the dryer lint filter kept falling out- would be nice to have some loungers on the porch for relaxing- hot tub was great.

Was impressed with the overall condition of the suite. We have rented before (on numerous ocassions); however, about three years ago started to notice that the rooms overall were not as clean and well kept. It looks like things have changed for the better. Rooms in # 41 very clean. Kitchen utensils all very well kepts...neat etc. We had concern that there was not a barbeque. Property Manager said we will try to get you one. They did...! Brand new portable barbeque.
Wonderful time...will try again and hopefully same good condition of the condo will exist! -

The Condo was over and above what we were expecting !! We just had to bring ourselves, food and clothes, everything else was provided. The hot tub was spectacular and what a wonderful view from the top deck. Walking distance to the village. We parked the car when we arrived and did not have to use until we left. We are planning to make this a yearly holiday event. We can hardly wait til next year.

Everytime i take my family to whistler, i book glacier reach. Easy to book, Clean, and in a great location. I made a mistake of booking some place else last year (*regret*).

The unit worked perfectly for us, the location was not where i thought it was in the complex but that was my fault, it was still a great. Would have liked it closer to the pool, i have stayed at Glaciers Reach many times and many years,love the units. Will be back for sure

Overall impression of the apartment was good, once we were able to find the complex location map (buried in snow on our arrival). Apartment was clean and adequately sized and we were pleased that it was located in a quieter sector of the Glacier Reach complex. It was evident that some areas were noiser than others, reflected in some of the comments entered in Goggle Maps against the complex.
Maintenance issue to address concerns the sliding door to the bathroom. It could not be closed as it support fixings were loose - this needs to be addressed.
Hot tub was terrific - a good place to relax looking up at the mtns after a day's skiing.
Whilst not in Whistler Village but adjacent, the walk to the lifts helped the warm up in the morning prior to the day. Skis were stored overnight adjacent to the slopes which made life easier.
Therefore we would stay again in the future and recommend the complex to friends.
Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Whistler-Blackcomb. -

Very comfortable place. PERFECT location. Close to shops and the shuttle to the lifts. Did not touch the car all stay. It was great. Kids could go out to the store to get stuff without my worrying about them. They loved the hot tub. It was a great way to end the day after the skiing. Overall a very nice place, for a reasonable cots in a great location.

We go to Whistler frequently and this is a great combination of size, value and location. Both bedrooms are very private and the patio is huge with a new fantastic hot tub. Close to the market place and start of the Village. Great weekend vacation there!

wore white socks on our feet in unit, and they turned a brown color due to dirt in carpets.
2 out of the 3 railings were broken and unsafe to use. -

We love Glaciers Reach, and Unit #41 was pefect for us (a party of two couples with 2 toddlers). The deck is HUGE, and having 2.5 bathrooms very convenient. The location is awesome and the facilities great - we couldn't get our son out of the pool!

it's just not a very nice place. super thin walls, lots of various noises, and a strange layout. only cooked once but when i did, it didn't have what i needed. we still had a good time and loved the location but i wouldn't stay there again.

We just came back from a two night stay in unit 41 at the Glaciers Reach . The place was very clean and was in a great location . The place has alot of stairs so I would not recommend it to elderly people or people with small children . It was a very hot weekend so we used the window air conditioners but they are very loud cannot sleep with them on so the upstairs room got very hot . No BBQ in this unit and when I called the front desk they only had two prtable units which you can rent for $30.00 but they were already out . The Picture of the pool makes it look big but it is very, very small but the kids enjoyed cooling off. Overall enjoyed our stay biking trail starts right outside your door which was great .

We loved this townhouse! It was perfect for 2 couples, very private, quiet, comfortable and the private hot tub was great. The deck is enormous - which made us want to come back in the summer. Everything was easy from payment to checking in...I would definitely recommend this property.
