This place was in a great location, just across the street from the village, so it offed more privacy than the places inside. The private hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking and walking around. Trevor was helpful and readily available. The price was more than competitive and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Left on 07/31/2012 for a stay in July 2012
We stayed in a group of 5.5 individuals, as we had an 11 month old infant travelling with us. Upon arrival, we found the property to be spotless and ready for use. We were impressed with all of the amenities offered, including a functional dishwasher, washer and dryer. Plates and the like were all also included, which made it a breeze to start settling in immediately. We also didn't find noise to be an issue, even for our baby.
The property does come with a pool, which looked very nice, but we never got around to using it. The location of the complex itself cannot be beat, and we rate the overall holiday as being extremely memorable. -

Left on 03/10/2012 for a stay in March 2012
Overall a great stay with few items to mention:
1. Hot tub with four people in it tended to spill water over the edge onto the deck, maybe a bit less full?
2. Guest bath hot water sink knob broken and fell off the faucet.
3. Master bath shower curtain rod would not stay up, fell down couple times, tried to tighten but rubber end was missing to make it grip properly
4. Left side blind in master came out of metal attachment and fell to the floor, I was able to put it back together but it looks like it will continue to come out at times.Response from Allseason Vacation Rentals Inc. - 03/23/2012

We were looking for a cheap but nice place to have a couples getaway. When we got there, we were blown away by how nice it was. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom soaps and shampoo, and the Hot Tub ready at 104 degrees!!!! We had trouble with the fireplace not being lit. However, one call to Trevor and he was there so fast to fix it himself!
Definitely will be going again. Thanks a lot Trevor! -

Richmond, BC, CanadaRecommend? Yes and No
Left on 07/11/2011 for a stay in June 2011
I mostly enjoyed my stay at this property. Everything was quite close (within a short walk) and the condo was kept quite well. My biggest complaint is that we weren't able to get a hold of the property manager when we had a question. We left a message, expecting a return call within a few hours but we never received a call. What if something had happened? Who would we be able to speak to?
Also, the instructions for checking in were very confusing. The instructions made it sound like we had to speak to the reception but then stated the management wasn't affiliated with the reception.
Once we figured out that we were just meant to use the map outside the reception office, we headed to our condo and picked up our keys... that didn't fit in the front door. Thank goodness for the keypad.
Once again, this would have been something we would have mentioned to the property manager, but we didn't hear a word from him.
Also, afterwards, my friend was looking on another website and the hours for check in and check out were different from the ones in our instructions. From the other website, it seemed we could have gotten in the condo an hour earlier and left an hour later.
Would I recommend this property? Yes because it is so conveniently close to everything and the condo itself is quite nice (though instructions with the hot tub would have helped). At the same time, no, not if they can find something comparable and nearby. The check in process is so strange and the instructions are so unclear that if they can find a property with better management, even for a little bit more money, then it's worth it.
And I won't mention the issue of confirming the room prior to our stay.Response from Allseason Vacation Rentals Inc. - 08/17/2011

Our stay at Glacier Reach was awesome. Everything met our expectations and beyond. Property manager very helpful before and during our stay and had a very handy binder with Village Tips. Even though it was in the north portion of the village you could cross the street and catch the free bus to the lifts. And being a little north ment for quieter evenings. Hottubs on decks were great as we looked out to the Mountain peak and saw the SUPER MOON go up during our stay. Thanks Trevor!! We plan to save our pennies so we can return. Wild Wood best restaurant and Avalanche Pizza :o))

Left on 02/21/2011 for a stay in February 2011
My only dissapointment at this location was that as part of a Strata there were a great many rules strictly inforced. While the presense of a constant raoming night security enhanced our stay I'm sure, it also had some dissapointments. Mainly regarding the Hot Tub. Hvaing a Hot Tub was a prequisite for my choice, had I known that our private Hot Tub could not be used by threat of eviction or fine after 11pm, I would not have stayed here

The security has been beefed up a bit in the past few months and as you said this "enhanced your stay" but it is also a bit much. We are working towards finding a happy medium where guests can enjoy them selves and still ensure that other guests are not impacted.

Hello Trevor... Sorry for the late review but our vacation continued after our Whistler stay :) We had an issue with our stay in #71... the pull out bed is simply put, beat up... the bed pinched our friend's fingers trying to pull it out firstly... meanwhile the end where the head lies is bent downwards... he ended up trying to sleep the other direction to compensate but was uncomfortable and after two nights actually chose to stay at our friend's chalet on the Sunday night instead... I felt bad about charging him his 1/4 of the condo and feel a refund or credit would be fair... our stay was otherwise enjoyable as always but u can understand our friend's displeasure... the bed needs to be replaced I would say... this is, by the way, the same unit that the hottub was not working when we rented it two years ago with no offer of a refund/credit... Look forward to hearing back, Rob Sims

units are showing their age. Cutlery/crockery was unmatched although variety of cooking utensils was better than average. The furniture in the living/dining area was spartan and not welcoming. Some of the appliances (lights/toaster) not working.
As always, the cleanliness was top notch and the support by management excellent.
Lots of towels and the beds comfortable.
We stay at Glaciers Reach every year and certainly will continue to do so. -

Had a great time. Condo walking distance to everything. Very comfortable. Only complaint is that the hot tub is loud and is always running (even when the jets are off). When the hot tubs wear out you might consider buying a Northern Hot Springs brand (that's what we have at home) and it is very quiet. Other than that, we were really pleased. Thank you. We're looking forward to our next trip to Whistler!

The building appeared to be reasonably new at first glance, but living there for a few days, I noticed that it was well lived in. The pool was too cold and the hot tube wasn't hot enough and our air conditioner didn’t work very well. It needs some up dating. But overall the place has alot of potential. We would come back because it was a pretty good location, we felt fairly comfortable there and with friends it would be a great place to share!

I took my kids & a friend up to Whistler for spring break, and we stayed in this condo. It was very nicely set up, with 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 decks...and a private hot tub. The place was immaculate, and had all the amenities we were looking for, including LCD TVs, and an Xbox for the kids. Plenty of room for us all, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Convenient location for the Marketplace (groceries & liquor), about a 12 minute walk to the lifts, and a good view of the top of Blackcomb from the hot tub. All in all, an A+.

It is very importnat that you do not park in a stall that is marked reserved if it has not been assigned to you. You may be towed if you park in a tow away zone.
