All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

A beautiful location , and a very nice House with all you may need.
However , we shall not stay again unless they improve the bed !It was creaky , and the thinest most uncomfortable mattress ever!
That ruined our stay.We woke up tired as it took so long to get comfy.Then woke with bad backs . Im not being overly fussy, I was in the Forces and have slept in allsorts of places.
Shame because other wise this is a loverly place. -

Stayed at the end of June with my wife and our retired guide dog . The cottage met all our requirements and was well presented and ideal for a small family group.
The whole area was a pleasure to explore and the steam hauled train passing through each day added to the enjoyment.. -

Cracking little place to stay, just outside the middle of Whitby; about ten - twenty mins walk I think. Biffins Berth is part of an estate of maisonettes on the river bank, with a childrens play park and an indoor swimming pool for the use of visitors.

We have just returned to australia having attended our daughters wedding and stayed for two weeks at this cottage. Its location is excellent to explore whitby and surrounding countryside. We had peace and tranquility with superb accommodation which provided us with everything we required. The cottage was clean and warm for you wintery nights! Would certanly book this accommodation again and recommend to other travellers.

Living/dining area did not appear to have been dusted properly; magazines left by other renters had not been cleared for what seems like months. Main wardrobe very untidy, spare blanket and other thing I do not remember just thrown in. Mattress and pillows in main bedroom should have been replaced months ago; mattress so warn could feel the wood slats through it! Toilet seat broken and the tap fitting shower head and hose was a joke. All in all an ideal location badly let down by cleanliness, bedroom furniture and fittings

The location was excellent for my 2 boys - they spent many an hour feeding the ducks and watching the trains go by.
We have been twice now and would definitely go again
