Left on 10/09/2012 for a stay in September 2012
Rooms were very generous in size and very nicely decorated and furnished. With lights on it has a very bright and spacious feeling. You don't notice it is below ground, but I did find that a bit off-putting when I first entered. It also means there is no outside area. Facility was very clean and owner had left a generous supply of breakfast foods. Bathroom a bit small but functional. Exceptionally good location. I would definitely recommend it, with the advice that if you want to walk to restaurants and shops it involves walking up and down a hill. Not a problem for most people. Only concern was that owner seemed to want cash for final payment even though the listing said "Paypal accepted."
