We had a four night stay in this unit and we had a minor electrical problem. I called the owner. They were so nice and understanding. They had it fixed while we were out the next day, and comped us for one night and gave us a gift certificate which covered most of a lovely meal. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

This is our second stay in this condo & at Bay Point on the Lake. It is a wonderful place to relax, sit on the balcony over coffee in the a.m. or wine & cheese in the evening & watch the boat activity on the lake. It is also close to the town of Whitefish & Glacier Park which we enjoy. The condo is confortable & it was nice to be able to fix some meals here. We also brought some Dvd's to play on the new large screen TV. We hope to return next year.

Staff were friendly and informative of local area. Owners of unit kindly offered us a 2 nites for the price of one, so we extended our stay.
Only one fly in the ointment: the unit next door had non-stop barking dogs. The wall between units seemed awfully thin. On the flip side: the dogs checked out the next day :-). The rest of our stay was quiet. We were able to wind down and relax...
When we visit Whitefish we will stay here again.

Was dissappointed that the meeting room was not up to standards {especially the kitchen}-this has great potential only other place for our family reunion to meet was the Best Western-it's a shame you don't realize the potential
