We have been going to Bay Point on the Lake for 4 years and it is just like being a home. The people in the office are awesome and the accomodations are like being at home. It is convenient for everything that we do and we will be back again in 2011. Already made our reservations and it is only January.

The lake is stunning! We stayed in a clean condo on the main floor, and woke up early every moning because our upstairs neighbors flushed the toilet, walked, talked etc. not loud. It is the construction of the building, just way too noisy. And when they spilled water, beer on their balcony, whey were the lucky ones to catch it.

We have been enjoying our stays at Bay Point (3-4 times/year) for the past 30+ years, but this unit definitely needs an upgrade. The king bed in the bedroom was like sleeping on a big plastic ball, and the pull-out in the living room was a springy disaster. By night four we decided to put the pull-out mattress on the living room floor, and it was even better sleep-wise. (Many of the cupboards are hanging by one hinge also). For the price you guys are charging, there needs to be some paridy with the accomodations. Some owners are great at fixing up their rentals to make our stay relaxing, but other units are unbelievably brutal! I think your prices need to start reflecting this before you lose some long-time clients! We went on to stay our last night at the Red Lion in Kalispell, for $75.00/night with a free breakfast, and great beds!
