The property is very well maintained, the unit was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for our stay. Only thing it needed were more blankets. It slept 6 but only had enough blankets for 3 and we were only told to bring sheets and towels. Other than that, the aC unit, which is brand new, never quite made it cool in the Living area of the condo. It was always on the very warm side out there.

I felt like I was mislead with some of the amenities that were listed. Yeah, there are grills but they are chained up at the front. The boardwalk is driving distance along with restaurants so don't expect to be able to park your car for your stay.
It felt like we had the beach to ourselves at least. But there is no view from the room.

Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry you felt like you were mislead. There are 6 grills available for all Summer Sands renters to use. I think they're chained up for security!
Each renter is allocated an assigned parking spot so if they want to see any of the local sights, they will be able to park in the same spot on their return.
Not being able to see the ocean from the room is reflected in the rental price of the unit. The ocean front units are more expensive to rent out. But we feel there is a beautiful view only a few steps from the front door (as noted in the photos) and there's nothing better than relaxing on one of the many sun decks at the end of a busy day on the beach!
We really appreciate any feedback on our condo. We've put a lot of love and effort into making it a great vacation spot for our guests and we're very sorry to hear from anyone that didn't enjoy it to its fullest. -

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. You have
a really nice place in a great location. The condo
itself was really clean, in great shape, and nicely
decorated. The space saving dining table was a
great choice for the living room area, and the flat
screen TV with built in DVD player is a nice
feature. With respect to the Summer Sands as a
whole, obviously it's terrific being on the beach
block, but you are also an easy walk to Sunset
Lake, the Rambler Road park area, and some of our
favorite places for breakfast such as the Sand
Castle. The Wildwood boardwalk and Cape May are
just short drives away. Our 3 year old daughter
loved going to the pool, and with Summer Sands
having two pools, we had one of them to ourselves
for a couple hours each day. I saw the Summer Sands
staff regularly cleaning the pool areas and even
giving the four commercial grade gas grills on site
a good scrubbing. What a difference from some of
the area hotels that charge the same, if not more.
It was definitely tough to leave when our stay was
over!
