I have had the pleasure of staying at the Summer Sands several times, the last several years in Unit 317(all in mid September).I love everything about it! I will be back again this year! The condo's(individually owned) have been spacious and well appointed. You will only need to bring towels and bed linens. I have stayed in two separate, two bedroom units and was very satisfied with both. The view is lovely and enjoyable from the large furnished decks. There are assigned parking (most under the building) spots for each unit and an elevator and wheeled luggage carts for your convenience. You are literally steps from the beautiful beach. There are two pools, well maintained-as is the whole property and ample grills for your use. There are laundry facilities on each floor. Management is receptive and friendly, and maintenance is outstanding. It is only a few miles to Cape May and a short drive (or trolley) to the boardwalk. The hotel across the street has a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It is located in 'the Crest' which is a quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk area. All in all, it's a great vacation spot and I highly recommend it!
