Upon entering the condo, you will notice the large open floor plan with a great room, dining room, and kitchen. And you will instantly be taken aback by the stunning ocean views through the huge palladian windows and double sliding doors that lead outside to a large private deck with brand new outdoor furniture. You will love the brand new, comfortable, high-end furnishings: queen sofa sleeper, chaise lounge, recliner, and a cushioned wicker chair. This room also features a brand new 47' flat screen LCD 1080p HDTV w/DVD, VCR. You will also enjoy the spacious dining room with a 6 person dining table and 4 stools at the kitchen counter; and a splendid gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, high-end stainless steel Bosch appliances, and absolutely all the amenities!

The elegant and romantic master bedroom suite features a king size bed and spectacular ocean views through the large palladian windows and sliding glass doors that leads outside to a large covered patio facing the ocean! The spacious and charming 2nd bedroom features a king size bed, and a 32” wall mounted LCD HDTV w/DVD, VCR. The 3rd bedroom overlooks the pool and features 2 bunk beds and a flat screen TV w/DVD and VCR. All bedrooms have brand new luxury bedding, are beautifully decorated, and have plenty of closet space.

Three of the 4 TVs are Comcast HD enabled and the house is Internet ready, so bring your laptop!

The laundry room contains a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and all kinds of cleaning products.

Another large bathroom is located in the hallway next to the 2nd king bedroom and features granite his/hers counter tops and a beautifully tiled bathtub w/shower.

You will never want to leave the condo, but when you do you will absolutely love the fenced, heated, professionally maintained pool.

Crest Pier, which features an excellent ice cream parlor, entertainment, a beauty salon, gift shops, and a museum is just across the street. The condo is located only 4 blocks from the famous Wildwood boardwalk and Tram Car and within walking distance of almost everything! The beautiful Wildwood Crest free beaches are just steps from your front door! The pool and Jacuzzi are among the larger in the Crest. The pool area has outdoor furniture, Cabana/restrooms, and a shower area. Sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. BIG pool with Jacuzzi.

Large covered 2 car private parking and off street parking. Brand new Electric Scooter available for rent.

Handicapped accessible - elevator to all floors. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops throughout.

No laundry for you to bring or clean, just relax and enjoy your vacation!

$75.00 cleaning charge will be deducted from security deposit if unit is left in less than satisfactory condition or if trash is not taken out or removed/recycled properly. We expect that unit is left in a neat condition upon departure.
Deposits:$400 security deposit with our signed rental agreement. Will be returned within 14 days after keys have been returned and property is left in the same condition it was upon your arrival. 50-percent of rental amount is due 120 days prior to arrival. Final 50-percent of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival.Personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks accepted for deposits. Final payment must clear prior to 15 days before check-in. Reduced Security Deposit for off season weekend stays and return guests.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:Deposit and Rental Fee's are non-refundable once a Lease Agreement has been signed. However, if a family needs to cancel, and their original week is re-rented, all of the monies previously paid (deposit, rental fee, etc.) will be fully refunded less a $175.00 cancellation penalty. The earlier you advise us of your need to cancel, the better chances of us re-renting your week!

We rent to RESPONSIBLE families and adults only. No senior weeks, proms or spring breakers, no groups. Must be 25 or older to rent.
