Facilities: kitchenette, HD-TV, WIFI, warm water shower, queen size bed and sleeping bench (if travelling with max 2 kids not older than 4 years old). Location facilitates very short walks to restaurants and travelling by bus to food markets. Possibility to mediate for rental car. Landlord provides extra service of picking up at the airport. Very good pick, great owner. We spent one week in the apartment, it has ocean view, beaches are close- take your own beach towel and rent a car for couple days to explore the island. Also a good fish restaurant close by.

The owner Sean is very helpfull and symphatic. Mambo beach, big supermarket, bus stop, all is very close to his nice, clear and new appartment.

I stayed in the apartment in the begining of March 2013.It was perfect. It has a small kitchen where you can make a breakfast and other small meals if you have the desire.I liked it, because on a holiday I just need a place to stay, because I am around most of the day. It is very clean with everything that person needs. Supermarket is near and the beach is just across the street. The owner is very nice and prepared to help. He told me a lot of interesting things about the island, about people, economy and other.I recommend the apartment.

The first time i went to Curacao i'd felled in love. So i dessieded to go on a holiday again. I was looking around the internet and i say the apartment from Sean. Because i knew i would'nt be a lot in the apartment it was just enough for me and my friend. And what a wonderfull apartment everything you need is there, and in the morning when you open the curtains wow you have a wonderfull vieuw on the sea. The apartment is in a local neighbour with very friendly people. Its super close to Mambo and the sea and a couple of good local restaurants.. When you want to go on a holiday to Curacao and do not want to spend a lot of money and sitting the whole time in the hotel than this is right for you! Because what's the fun of a holiday by sitting in a hotel? Enjoy your stay i recommend it!

The apartment is well accessible by public transport (minibus taxis) and car. The apartment is centrally located on a main road opposite to a local beach. Every day swimming is possible. Although the apartment is located on a main road, there's hardly any traffic on this road. The apartment is one floor high; it's built on the grounds of the owner. When entering you immediately notice how tasteful the apartment is furnished. The apartment looks bright, spacious and is fully air-conditioned. The sitting area provides you a splendid view of the sea. You can cook (fully equipped), Internet (Wi-Fi), watch TV (multichannel) and when wanted take a delightful warm shower (boiler). In short, there is nothing lacking in the area of modern equipment in the apartment. All must do or see activities are just a short drive away. What did I have to get used to? The barks of the neighbours' dogs (daytime). The mattress was also for me slightly too hard.
Overall a extremely pleasant stay for a decent price. Worth repeating! -

Het appartement ligt op een zeer gunstige locatie, op loopafstand van Cabana beach en een grote supermarkt. Het is ongeveer 5 minuten rijden tot het centrum van Willemstad. De mogelijkheid bestaat om je eigen huurauto veilig op het erf te parkeren.
Het appartement zelf is modern ingericht met een 2-persoons bed en een grote luxe bank. Er is een moderne televisie aanwezig waarop je vele televisiezenders kan ontvangen, daarnaast kan er ook gebruikt gemaakt worden van draadloos internet. De keuken is geschikt voor het klaarmaken van simpele gerechten. De badkamer beschikt over een prima douche met wc. De airconditioning maakt de temperatuur op warme dagen aangenaam in het appartement.
De eigenaar Sean is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, voor alle vragen kun je bij hem terecht.
Kortweg, een mooi appartement wat zeer aan te raden is! De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed.

Apartment is cosy, clean and very beautiful. Looks like a 4 star hotel room. The apartment is of a high standard and we had a breathtaking view of the beach.
Very close to the sea and most of the beautiful resorts of Curacao.
The owner is a great guy who helped us more than we've bargained for.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would not have any hesitation in returning to this beautiful apartment. -

Appartment is exactly as advertised, very close to the sea. When I visited the apartment in june 2012, it was brand new. Clean, big fridge, quiet airco, small kitchen which is perfect for breakfast. Nice bathroom. Perfect location, near the big resorts like Cabana and the casino's.
Owner is really nice and always willing to tell about the island and what to see and what to do! If I visit Curacao again I would defenitely go back to this appartment!
