Kas Kinikini is a luxurious colonial villa surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with its own private swimming pool. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms and is suitable for 6 persons. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with fans. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have cable TV and en-suite bathrooms. A spacious screened–in porch creates a peaceful outdoor ambiance and is the center of this tropical accommodation. The villa is located in Damacor, a safe and quiet residential area in the eastern part of Willemstad. The house is within walking distance of Barista Coffee Shop, Bar-Restaurant De Tropen, Take Away Lin Hong, Pizzeria IL Forno, Car Rental Nordstar, the Zoo and Centrum Supermarket, the best-stocked supermarket on Curacao. A few minutes away, one finds trendy bars, restaurants and shops at Zuikertuin Mall and Bloempot. Kas Kinikini is located just east of the Willemstad Ring Road. A car is highly recommended, to fully experience the island. The UNESCO listed Punda and Otrabanda, in the historical center of Willemstad, are ten minutes away. The Sea Aquarium beaches are 15 minutes away. The beaches of Jan Thiel, Blue Bay and Kokomo are 20 minutes away.

Wir waren überwältigt von diesem schönen Haus und diesen wunderbaren Gastgebern. Das Haus ist komplett und vorallem geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was man benötigt. Es gibt einen liebevollen tropischen Garten mit eigenem privaten und nicht einsehbaren Pool, der nachts beleuchtet ist. Location ist prima, 2 Fahrminuten zu einem der größten Supermärkte der Insel - dort findet man einfach alles und ca. 10 Minuten nach Willemstad City. Das Haus eignet sich für Paare, die ihre Ruhe wollen, als auch für Familien mit Kindern (es gibt sogar eine Schaukel). Alles ist picobello sauber, einmal die Woche wird das Haus gereinigt, der Pool gereinigt und der Garten gemacht. Wir haben einen Traumurlaub dort verbracht, vorallem auch wegen Marcia und Jan. Wir wurden so freundlich und warm empfangen, wie wir es selten erlebt haben. Marcia hat sich prima um uns gekümmert, uns mit Infos versorgt und immer ein offenes Ohr für uns gehabt. Wenn wir wieder nach Curacao fliegen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei Marcia und Jan buchen - es ist die reine Freude!

We have stayed with upto 6 persons now a number of times in Kas Kinikini.
It is an excellent bungalow at an affordable rate.
The house is very clean as well as everything is available which is needed for a wonderful and relaxed vacation.
