Looking for a place to stay while touring Colonial Williamsburg on vacation, working on an extended project away from home, relocating to a new job, visiting a student at the College of William and Mary, remodeling or searching for a home? You may want to consider the Inn at 802, your temporary home away from home.

This lovely restored Colonial home, is offering a luxurious 2000 square foot, 2 master bedroom en-suite accommodation. As in keeping with our tradition we will greet you and supply you with all of the necessary information to help you make the most out of your stay in while in Williamsburg.

Upon entering the elegant ma...ster bedroom suite on the second floor, you eye is immediately drawn to the massive hardwood King sized bed, dressed with a pillow-top mattress, triple sheeted with high count Egyptian linens and a cozy down comforter that will afford you a luxurious nights' sleep. The gas log fireplace can be activated with a touch of a switch for a relaxing romantic evening.

The first floor family room, adjacent to the kitchen, contains a leather sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a large high definition Sony TV and DVD player, complete with DVD library. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire home. Double French doors exit onto your private patio courtyard and garden, complete with Webber Grill, table and chairs.

The kitchen has luxurious granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. These include a warming drawer and a center island 5 burner professional gas range with downdraft. There is also a convention microwave oven for your cooking convenience. A bar top with three stools can be used for informal dining or just a conversation setting. An adjacent dining area with an expandable oak table and chairs can seat a family of 7 or 8.

We also have two twin mattresses for children.

Just a few blocks to Colonial Williamsburg, you will find fine dining, shopping and streets filled with history. Directly across the street from this Williamsburg Inn is the College of William and Mary, making this the perfect University Lodging for short or long term rentals. In addition, popular Williamsburg attractions such as Busch Gardens, the Williamsburg Winery, Yorktown, and the Jamestown Settlement are all a within a few miles.

We are conveniently located within walking distance to the historic area, merchant square, art galleries, and a plethora of dining options in Colonial Williamsburg.

We have ample off street private parking directly behind the house and are located directly across the street from the site of the College of William & Mary new Mason Business School.

This is also the perfect accommodations for family and friends to visit while exploring what the Virginia Peninsula has to offer. Visit sites from Jefferson’s home at Monticello to the beaches and dunes of the outer banks. All just a day trip away.

  What a great place to stay! This property was truly a place that our family of 5 plus dog could relax and enjoy during our visit to Williamsburg. I would highly recommend this property for a comparably sized family or for a couples weekend together. It is convienent to Williamsburg, William and Mary, and other things in the area.
