Located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington, this 2nd floor apartment is just steps away from restaurants, clubs, shops, galleries, museums, historic tours, and other local attractions as well as a short drive to area beaches. A spacious open floor plan with exposed brick walls and hardwood floors is combined with contemporary furnishings for a unique living environment. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are queen pillowtop beds in each of the two bedrooms, plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

My friends and I stayed in this loft this past weekend for another friend's wedding in downtown Wilmington and it was fantastic! We had 3 couples which was perfect for the 2 bedrooms and the pullout couch which is actually in it's own room, not in the shared living space. We really enjoyed the nightlife within walking distance and breakfast both mornings at the little grill right next door. Parking was super easy too.

This place was absolutely fabulous and could not have been in a more convenient location. We could walk just about anywhere and there was a garage across the street with free parking on the weekend. Fully equipped with towels, bed linens, dishes, etc. And there are so many things to see and do within a short walking distance. There were four of us and we had more than enough space. Beds were super comfy, modern furniture and artwork. Will defiantly stay here again if we ever go back to Wilmington!
