If you want to be in the middle of what's happening, walking distance to everything, and where you can enjoy a beautiful river view, this is the place! Located in the Water Street Condos building, the river is just across the street.
Station yourself at the center of Wilmington's downtown activity. Most of the city's finest restaurants (from casual to white linen) are within walking distance. Same for the area's music, dance and comedy clubs. Saturday mornings, April through early December, enjoy the Farmers Market just below your balcony.

I've stayed in this condo twice now. It's an excellent place and I intend on staying again sometime in the near future. It's always very clean, with a great view of the river, battleship, and riverwalk. The biggest selling point for me is the location. It's right in the middle of everything. You can walk to anywhere you would want to go downtown in just a few minutes or less. The owner is also extremely helpful with any questions you have. I highly recommend it.
