This huge house has 7 bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own private bathroom. The first floor boasts a large livingroom with fireplace to match. A dry bar to stock all of the fun, and a pool table in the diningroom area. The diningroom is large enough for at least 14 people to dine. And the kitchen is a large commercial style kitchen, a commercial stove,grill and ventilation sytem all ready to cook for an army.
The backyard is approx 1 acre of fresh cut grass for all to enjoy. The back porch which is off the livingroom leads into a nice size sunroom which has its own wood burning enclosed fireplace.

In the heart of downtown Wilmington, minutes away from local restaurants, bars and antique shops.
Several miles north is Mt. Snow ski mountain with a ton of winter and summer activities to do. There is also lake whitingham 2 miles to the south which has boat/seadoo rentals. As well as fishing and swimming beaches for family fun.
There also is Haystack and Mt Snow golf courses within a several mile drive from the house.
