Cancellation policy: In the event guest requests cancellation of this contract more than thirty days prior to start of rental period, all rental fees paid to the landlord shall be returned to the guest. In the event guest requests cancellation of this contract more than fifteen days but less than thirty days prior to start of rental period, landlord shall retain 50% of total rental fees. In the event guest requests cancellation of this contract less than fifteen days prior to start of rental period, landlord shall retain 100% of total rental fees but will return any Renter's Damage Protection Policy paid. Where applicable, the return of funds by the landlord will be made within 30 days of notice of cancellation.
Adirondack Holiday and Adirondack-Vacation are not interested in retaining payment for services not rendered. We will do our very best to re-rent property for contracted dates. In the event that guest cancels less than thirty days prior to guest arrival and landlord is able to re-rent the property for the contracted dates for equal rental fees, landlord will return all fees paid by guest. If replacement guests fees cover only a portion of original renters fees, that portion will be fully refunded.
Damage Protection Policy ($75) covers accidental damages to the rental properties furniture, appliances, electronic devices, windows, doors, and any resource which enables the renting of the cabin. Damage Protection Policy is non-refundable. If damages exceed renter’s Damage Protection Policy, of up to a maximum of $1,000 for repair or replacement value, Guest agrees to cover the difference. “Damages” shall not include Cabin resources, such as furnace or hot water heater, unless there is clear evidence of tampering. Damage Protection is for 'time', 'material' and 'travel'

When we arrived there was no key for us, the house had not been cleaned, and there was construction in progress in the basement which had not been finished or picked up. The family who runs the house were very quick to come over to see what the mix up was about. The offered us a different house but we wanted this one (for size and amenities) they refunded our cleaning fee and we cleaned the house and helped them put away the construction tools. In the end we had an amazing weekend and used the extra money for food. Great overall experience.

We stayed in the Olympic Dream Chalet in March 2013, two families. The home was beautiful, had every amenity and was so close to White Face. We enjoyed the comfort of staying at 'home', the kids had their own area to relax and parents had the same. I would recommend this beautiful spot. We plan to return. Thank you!

This house is absolutely adorable!! You will feel at home for sure!! Great location, just around the corner from White Face Mountain!! Close to some great local restaurants to. The hot tub is a must, just what we needed after a day of skiing! We cant wait to go back!!!

We were 4 couples. I loved the place. We had everything and the service was really good. it's big enough for many people as we were. You should go there, specially if you like doing trecking.

This our second visit to Olympic Dreams Chalet. Our son is on the autism spectrum and really enjoys and feels comfortable with the house. One of the best things about staying in house besides the Lake Placid area and all the things for kids to do, is that Todd and Kim are very good owners and go out of their way to make sure everything is right. When you have a child with special needs, especially autism, predictability and reliability (everthing works, etc.) is very important.

The chalet is fantastic! Everything was welcoming as we arrived and the place was spotless and beyond the reviews expectations. We truly enjoyed the hot tub and all of the space provided since we had 7 people staying... It was like coming to someone's home with all the amenities. The location couldn't have been better! We will be back for sure... Thanks a lot you guys!

We have stayed at this home every season and every season there is something very special about that time of year... The beautiful summer weather and flowers and hiking..to the amazing fall foliage .. to the incredible skiing just a second away and then the beautiful spring...This Home is so comfortable and the owners have thought of every detail to make it an oh so special holiday! There was even a Heineken keg in the fridge for a rental gift.. We would highly recommend this home..its just the best!! Thank you Kim and Todd...I never need to look for another place to go!!!

This is the perfect place to getaway and relax. It was better then I could have ever imagined. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The house was so charming I never wanted to leave. It is the most beautiful location. There was so to do and not enough time to do it all. I really enjoyed time in front of the fire place. I don't think I have been on a vacation in a long time that when I got back I didn't feel like I needed another vacation. The view was so perfect. I loved being so close to the mountain. I will be coming back with my family and the dog!!

This was my second stay at Olympic Dreams Chalet and it was even better than the first time! The owner has upgraded quite a few things which includes the new deck on the rear and this home could not be more awesome! This home is everything you want in a small get away or a family vacation! We will be returning for years to come!

This is the best home we have stayed at in a very long time. Everything was as Tod & Kim said it was going to be. The photos do not do it justice. All I have to say is we have booked it for 1 week this coming Winter sli season & 1 week for our Summer holiday. It is perfect!
