  Inside the property does look like the pictures online. The place is clean but not very private for traveling with extended family. Lofts are open floor plan ... No bdrm has a door. The place has 4 levels with about 17steps between each level. So tired i left all our bags on level 3. Location is not the best. Described as near everything..not sure what they mean by that. House is near nothing vacationers want to see. Coming in at night was a little scary with the kids. Too many remote controls in this modern gadget place. Now here is the icing on the cake. On day 4 of my week stay I had notice on door saying your utility bill is past due with the extremely large amt posted...stating service will be shut off within 24 hrs. Well, we returned that nite... We had no water!! I went ballistic! Called owner 2x's prior to this always responded. Called to report this... No answer. Finally made contact, says it was a mistake. It was no mistake we had no water!! Service was resumed by noon the next day. Evolve manager company was very comforting especially during the time water was off. I think we deserve some compensation at least one nites lodging for having no water ..but have received nothing...nor have we heard anything from homeowner. All in all if you have ever stayed at other vacation homes in gated communities or in resorts... This one will be a little disappointing. House has no curb appeal at all! Would not recommend as vacation spot. Live/work in Wilton Manors area and need place to rent... You got the green light! Oh, forgot one other thing... The hot tub is on the deck in the front of the house!!! Who in the world wants to soak/relax in hot tub while everybody is driving by.also whoever they use as cleaning service is not thorough. Found sock under couch in living room, used water bottle on 3rd level and a lost shoe.
